The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet and the indoor pool was warm. What a treat to go swimming in November. Breakfast is simple but a nice bonus.

When we arrived, rooms were still being cleaned although there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. When we went up the stais to our room, there was overflowing trash in the garbage can. Also a plastic bag full of trash sitting besides it. When we checked out the next day... the trash was still as I mentioned above.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was located near the place I had to work and to the town. It was near decent restaurant. I would not stay there with my family as the facilities, especially the continental breakfast was below average, but for myself and because it had internet, I'd stay there again.

The room was clean, bright, and well maintained. There are some housekeeping communication issues, however. The room we were first given was not ready, then the next morning at 9 AM, housekeeping knocked to see if we were gone. Since we were on vacation and checkout was 11 AM, we were not.

When I opened the non-smoking room door I was hit by the smell of stale cigarettes. The clerk (a smoker) had kindly started the heater up in subfreezing temps but I later figured out that the heat combined with dust from the heating unit had awakened smells. My room was changed. I didn't need my room heater because the hotel heat kept my room in the 60's (I breathe better when it's cold). The clerk was courteous throughout my stay. I thank them for promptly resolving my problem. Room was comfortable, it a little shabby (but what can you expect today for $70.02). It had a fairly well kept up kitchenette and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom only so-so. Overall cleanliness good. I settled in for two nights very comfortably.

I was extremely, pleasantly, suprised with the accomodations and the cleaniess of the rooms. The room's accessories really enhanced the stay. The exercise facility was small and the treadmill was out of order. There is an additional charge to access the internet, nitpickey. The location was convenient to multiple food places, dinning and grocery. I was placed beneath early raising, heavy foot and a door slamming psyco tenant #1.

We were traveling to Florida and stayed at this hotel along the way. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the staff was incompetent and uninformed. We were given a key to a room that was used as a storage room. When we opened the door, we were greeted by a room full of microwaves and refrigerators. Eventually we given another room and our stay was comfortable.

What an unexpected treat with no tricks! Facility seemed new and yet it wasn't. Very friendly staff, great breakfast set-up. Rooms were clean, beds were a little hard but not really that bad. Two thumbs-up for a good low priced hotel....

I was traveling as a female alone and felt very safe with inside halls and very pleasant staff. Full breakfast was offered. New and very clean. Location felt safe, but was somewhat commercial/industrial.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable with Tempurpedic mattresses and comforters. Flat screen TV's, small fridge in rooms were great. We only stayed briefly and left early morning so didn't utilize the breakfast facilities or gym facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling from Maryville,Tennessee to Tallahassee Florida, and Macon was about 1/2 way. We could not leave until after our son's football game,so we did not arrive until around 3:00 a.m.. We were so tired, any bed would have felt good, but were we pleasantly surprised!!! The beds were soooo comfortable, we slept like babies. Thanks Wyndham for making our short stay such a comfortable one!

Very nice for the money but a little uneasy about being on the back side of the motel and had someone kind of meandering around the parking lot. Turned out all right and no problems. Clean and bed in good shape.

The hotel is located in a recently developed area outside of the city of Macon. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and shops located within a short driving distance. Note that you'll be about 5 miles north of the actual city, so this is not within the historic area of Macon. You'll have to drive a few miles down the highway to reach the city proper.

The young woman who checked us in barely said two words and was NOT pleasant. On the way out, another employee at the desk was equally unconcerned and unhelpful. It was bad enough that we called for a manager. Never did talk to one, never got a return call. As a Southerner, I was especially appalled at the glaring lack of hospitality. Rooms are nice, and the train tracks directly behind didn't bother us at all. Staff here needs guidance, or maybe they just need to be replaced.

Nice hotel for overnight stay

Nice hotel for the $60 I paid. Very friendly staff, room appeared clean, pool was nice. It was me and my 3 and 5 year old. We were just stopping by to sleep before we continued on our trip. Breakfast wasn't that great, but they had cereal and juice for the kids so that's all the mattered. I would try and find a place w/ a better free breakfast if I did it again.

Filthy, nasty and unbelievable

We arrived later in the evening and were issued a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. We called down and they said they would send housekeeping. A very unhappy man showed up with a can of Fabreeze and sprayed. Never did he say a word. No I, sorry or anything. The walls were stained with smoke, the floor was sticky the toilet was filthy there were only two tiny towels in the room for three people. The hair dryer was covered with dirty finger prints and hairs stuck in it. I have never seen anything quite like it in my life. A place that is run down is one thing but just plain filth is something else. We had rented two rooms and the other room wasn't much better. I would never stay there again. There is really no excuse for being so nasty.

I was there at this hotel on my trip to Florida. Very clean and nice place the staff was great and loved the beds. For 50bucks I thought it was a wonderful deal and will recommend to everyone out there.
