Great stay for the money

It was a nice stay. The front desk manager was very courteous and helpful. She even checked and see if my room was satisfactory and if I needed anything. It was very close to the interstate which was good and it was nice to have a continental breakfast at the price they provided for a convenient stay.

Wanted to take the I-75 by-pass, but this got a good review. Not disappointed/a new hotel is good! It's located in a remote area that began developing (might have stopped because of the economy), but everything around it was upscale and nice. I almost had it to myself/so quiet.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet and the indoor pool was warm. What a treat to go swimming in November. Breakfast is simple but a nice bonus.

Third time at this hotel. Manager is very friendly and most helpful. Facility is quiet. Room temp is always right. Bed and Pillows comfortable. Flat screen TV. Ref has freezer too that works. Walking distance to stores.

What an unexpected treat with no tricks! Facility seemed new and yet it wasn't. Very friendly staff, great breakfast set-up. Rooms were clean, beds were a little hard but not really that bad. Two thumbs-up for a good low priced hotel....

Okay place to stay for business trip

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was located near the place I had to work and to the town. It was near decent restaurant. I would not stay there with my family as the facilities, especially the continental breakfast was below average, but for myself and because it had internet, I'd stay there again.

We offer our guests free wireless hi-speed access, microwave-minifridges, 25 Inch TV with 2 HBO, hairdryer, coffeemaker. Every morning we serve a complimentary continental breakfast with fresh HOT waffles. We have free email and internet access in the lobby as well as complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Sorry, no pets allowed nor do we have a pool.

Just a place to sleep

We were traveling to Florida and stayed at this hotel along the way. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the staff was incompetent and uninformed. We were given a key to a room that was used as a storage room. When we opened the door, we were greeted by a room full of microwaves and refrigerators. Eventually we given another room and our stay was comfortable.

Very convient to I-475 easy to see upon exiting onto US80 east. Clean,quiet room, nicely renovated. Breakfast was standard light fair in a clean area. Friendly front desk personnel. Easy stop on way to Florida or visit to Macon downtown.
Several chain resterants in the area.

One person I spoke with on the phone was not very helpful, but the person that was there when I checked in and out was great. The location is ok, not to scary but not super safe feeling. The rooms were good size, but the outlets in one of our rooms did not work. so overall not a bad place to stay and it was much better than the last place I stayed in macon.

Amenities include meeting facilities to accommodate guests from 2-1500, guest laundry, complimentary parking for all meeting and hotel guests, and a complimentary continental breakfast for hotel guests. Hotel room amenities include cable television with HBO, telephone with data ports, alarm clock radios, ample desk space with ergonomic chair for work or study, complimentary high speed internet access, in room coffee makers, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards. Chasens Lounge and Restaurant is located inside the hotel and offers a wide variety of dining options for our guests serving lunch and dinner. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 11am - 2am and on Sunday from 11am - 12am. Almost run-down, type late 1970. Funky moist smell in the carpet. Small, dark room, just depressing all together. I didn't have breakfast. It felt so good to leave in the morning. I should have paid $10 more and booked another hotel.

Clean and comfortable

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable with Tempurpedic mattresses and comforters. Flat screen TV's, small fridge in rooms were great. We only stayed briefly and left early morning so didn't utilize the breakfast facilities or gym facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling from Maryville,Tennessee to Tallahassee Florida, and Macon was about 1/2 way. We could not leave until after our son's football game,so we did not arrive until around 3:00 a.m.. We were so tired, any bed would have felt good, but were we pleasantly surprised!!! The beds were soooo comfortable, we slept like babies. Thanks Wyndham for making our short stay such a comfortable one!

No Towels - Bad Service

My wife and I went to see my son in Macon. When we arrived there were NO towels in the room. I called the desk and was told they would sent someone with towels. We went to dinner and when we came back, sit no towels. I call ed desk again. I was told that if they were not there in 30min she would bring them her self. We went out for the evening and came back about 11:00pm. No towels. I had to go to the desk and stand there while the night guy tried to fold the towels. I sent an e-mail to Marriott and but no one at the hotel ever contacted me. The air conditioner sounded like it was about to fall apart. made it hard to sleep. Ther are several nice Marriott brand hotels in Macon. Stay away from the Courtyard.

all good but parking lot

Very nice for the money but a little uneasy about being on the back side of the motel and had someone kind of meandering around the parking lot. Turned out all right and no problems. Clean and bed in good shape.
