wonderful stay, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely, breakfast was very good and plentiful. the only drawback would be the size and layout of the bathroom, made it difficult to get in or out.

We went to a concert while in Duluth and chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of everything. This hotel was very clean, friendly, and inviting. The bed was amazingly comfortable for a hotel bed. The shower was nice and hot and clean. The room was spacious, relaxing, and furnishings were up to date. The 42" flat screen was a nice touch. This hotel was a great deal for the low price and proximity to places of interest. We will DEFINITELY visit again.

Went visiting relatives and found the location of hotel to be very nice. The hotel staff was friendly and liked the overall apperance of the facility. The only thing that was missing was a microwave inside the room but we had a refrigerator though.

The room was ok but I have stayed at better hotels and felt mor comfortable. I thought the bathtub could have been cleaner it was a little dirty on the walls of the shower. I was missing a lightbulb in one of the lights in the room. Also my room was all the way at the end of the the looby right next to the ice machine which kept me up everytime someone would get ice. I am light sleeper so that was not fun!

The Comfort Suites Gwinnett Place definitely could have better upkeeping and maintenance. Hallways and the actual room itself, had an unpleasant stinch, which made it hard to feel comfortable away from home. However, I was impressed with the Front Desk Staff and the location.

We attended Joyce Meyer Conference and it was a wonderful hotel for 1/2 the cost of surrounding hotels. Also my husband had back pain and could not check out exactly at 12 and the front desk staff was compassionate and VERY understanding and did not give us a hard time! Great Experience.

The staff here were very nice and accomodating; however, the pictures on their advertisement are not realistic. The hotel is much older than these pictures show. The room was adequate...just not real clean. The location was in a safe environment and well situated to local attractions.

I was not pleased with the cleaningness of the place (I found for example several women hairs in the bedsheets) and the internet connection was so slow I could not even use it. The place looks generally shabby and kind of run down. I do not reccommend it. There are much nicer hotels in the area and next door.

This was with one exception the best stay we ever had. Personnel were both friendly and informative. The bed is what's most important for me as I am disabled and need a bed with support. I have found that using other less expensive hotels that the beds are uncomfortable and I wake up in pain the next morning.

The fact that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms was what sold my sister and me. We enjoyed the fact that we would not bother each other since we both are two different types of sleepers. She likes her TV on while she goes to sleep and I like my TV off so I can go to sleep. The service staff was there for all of our needs. The buffet style breakfast every morning was great. We enjoyed making our waffles and have a variety of good wholesome food. I also joined the rewards club so I can continue to enjoy all of the services provided by Marriott

We were there attending a conference. When I arrived on our floor the smell of cigarette smoke hit me right in the face. That plagued me the entire time we were there. I never saw an option to choose between a smoking or non-smoking room. This should have been more clear.

We got the motel room to go to Wild Bills for our evening out. We stay near there so we can walk to what ever we need and it is a great convenience. The staff were very nice and helpful and ensured a nice stay for us.

Upon check in the attendant was ok. Upon checkout, person walked by me talked on phone for 5 min. then went to the back-finally another girl came out-not cool. The room was up to date but the room closet handle was off-the carpet was coming up at the bathroom entrance, the wall behind the bath door wasnt clean at all-other than that great comfort, nice set up. For the price they should offer breakfast.

Ok for a cheap price

Not a bad place, employees were great but building was a little run down. But considering it's an extended stay you expect some of that. Rooms were fairly large and had most of what you need to live for a few months if needs be. All in all I should have probably picked another place to stay for one night, but if you need to stay for an extended time this place would be great on a budget. One very positive note: me and a buddy stayed here because he helped me move to Atlanta and I originally requested one room with two beds, however they ran out and actually gave us each our own room for the price of one which was very cool! All in all a good place to stay but if you expect Marriot or Hilton type standards you will be let down.

It was a straight shot into Atlanta, but a little further than i hoped. Check in was quick, but for check out no staff member was in sight for about ten minutes, after i tracked one down. The room was a decent size but had a wierd smell, luckily i had some stuff to make it smell better.

Georgia Lions Convention

I was attending the Ga Lions convention at the Meriott and needed a cheaper room for 4 days. It was perfect. It was half the cost and had a full kitchen which of course the Meriott did not have.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

When we checked in the person at he desk had a very poor understanding of the English language. The first room we stayed in had no vent cover over the bathroom fan and the faucet was flopping loose on the sink. The next day we inspected two more rooms before finding one decent to stay the last night in.
