Wasn't expecting to much. The room was clean though and it was a place to change my clothes and sleep. Not a hotel I would feel comfortable in just hanging out in the room. My door card would stop working every night when I got back to the room and I would have to get it re-configured at the front desk. This hotel is perfect for some who needs to be close the airport and will not be in their room much.

This hotel is close to the airport, easy to get to. Easy highway access. The room was clean, the internet connection worked, all was good. Overall a good value for a business trip.

Bathroom a little cramped. Shuttle driver from airport to hotel took a long and circuitous route to the hotel. It appeared that this was so he could drop off a couple of buddies at the Embassy Suites. We were the only other riders on the shuttle. Probably added ten minutes to the trip.
Otherwise all was fine.

Clean hotel from the door to door. Early morning flight made an early morning wakeup call. Hotel call right on time and getting to the lobby at a very early morning it was great to have hot coffee waiting. Shuttle service was right on time making our plane was easy.

Even though it was right next to the Atlanta Airport, you couldn't hear a single plane. The room was very clean and nice. The shower was fantastic -- And I can say that as I am a shower enthusiast! The staff was very helpful and patient even though it was incredibly late a tight when we arrived.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not the cleanest and it took WAY too long for us to get the battery replaced in the constantly beeping smoke detector. Overall, would stay there again. Just needed a place to crash on our 10 hour layover and it worked.

I was impressed that the shuttle was at the airport in minutes of me calling and requesting a ride to the hotel. The check in was easy. The room was decent for the price, beds quite comfy, having a refridgerator, microwave and blow dryer came in handy. Although the bathroom could use some work, the other part of the room was okay. The shower head was a nice extra, in all I would stay there again... Eventhough over the weekend the non smoking floor was overcome by the smell of weed and I had to make a complaint, that was really out of management's hands.

I went to this hotel as a result of a dancing convention. The room was nice except there was painting taking place in the hall on the day I arrived. Painters were there past 8pm! Once they left the fumes remained.

Hotel did not have [...]reservation. Took an hour to get it straightened out with the hotel and [...]. Hotel is in need of updating. Recent name change made hotel difficult to find at 10:30 p.m. Staff was friendly. Non-smoking room smelled of cig smoke but more importantly - NO BED BUGS!!

I was catching a flt out the next day and I didn't feel like driving home from work that afternoon. So I decided why not staying in one of the hotel near the airport. And I luv the location, lots of restaurant nearby, and most of all the staffs were very friendly, helpful and great customer services! My room was very clean, and the bed was so comfort and very quite and peaceful thx Sleep Inn!!!!:-)

Small. Office doors are locked early in the evening so check-in is conducted through a ticket window, making the process difficult and off-putting. Room was in below-average condition and less clean than most. Entertainment was provided by watching a spider try to haul his prey up the side of the bathtub. Tub also had short hairs and other dirt in the corners. Bed sheet had a huge blood stain, previously laundered, but still unacceptable. Electrical outlets were nonfunctional. It was a bed, a sink, and a coffee pot which met my objectives for one night, but definitely not a place I would choose for a longer stay.

The low price and the 24 hour hotel shuttle is what lured me in. After missing a flight and a day full on connections, I needed a place to sleep for a few hours until I caught my early a.m. flight home. You had to get buzzed into the lobby and the place was a little run down but for the price I paid I knew it wasnt going to be five star. In my opinion, after just finishing up a weeks vacation in Hawaii at a 5 star hotel, I just wanted to close my eyes and shower for a few hours, and I needed a shuttle to provide transportation. This place was good for just that. I wouldnt recommend 2 or 3 days here - good for a night or less.

Absolutely love this hotel! The lobby area is soo pretty and looks amazing. The room was clean, and I love the fact that they had "big" towel, compared to most hotel towels. I wish I could of took the bed with me!! The mattress was so comfortable!! I would definitely stay here again ****

The hotel has been remodeled and looked nice, you can tell it is older by the bathrooms. I had reserved a king bed but got a queen. I was tired and didn't question it though. There is a lot of noise from the airport and the security hook on the door was missing a piece and was not operable.

Room worked well & was a good value. Breakfast was very good. Room had hide-a-bed sofa but we had to move furniture to make room to open it. Smaller than we expected. Staff was very good. We would stay there again for convenience to Atlanta Airport.

The front counter help was great. However, housekeeping must have lost their vacuum. I didn't want to take off my shoes. McDonalds was the only local food so we ordered out Chinese....two hours later it came. Pack a lunch when you stay here. Also, it is not as close to the airport as it claims.

We went to spend the weekend near 6 Flags at a reasonable price. We got what we paid for!Cheap!! The hotel specified that they offered a free 24 hr shuttle to airport, so we drove down and decided to take the Marta to site see in the area instead of dealing with the traffic. We were told to go to airport and take train from there.When we requested the shuttle to airport the front desk told us there was a fee of $10.00 per person to airport. What?? Hotel advertised free airport shuttle- we were told that because we drove down that we had to pay for the shuttle. I told manager that they need to correct their advertisment to specify that. I was already upset because we had 3 people in our room and they only supplied 2 towels and bathclothes. We had requested another set for our teenager and was told we had to turn in the dirty ones first! To add insult to injury, when we got back to airport we called to request a shuttle back to hotel they told us that it would be over an hour wait for the hotel shuttle. By this time we were just tired and angry. I did read the other comments here before suggesting to my husband that this would do- but I warn you- do not stay here! Very bad location, rooms are dingy and the bedspreads had stains and burns all over them!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!

I was traveling alone with my 3 year old son and had missed my plane. I had called [...] to get a hotel room with no luck at SEVERAL hotels because I did not have a credit card on me. An prbitz agent got ahold of a VERY professional young lady at the Comfort Inn and she accepted my sister's credit info via telephone. Once I arrived at the hotel, she upgraded me to a suite. Reason, I dont know, but I was grateful for ANYTHING at that time. The suite wasn't what I thought it'd be, but most importantly, it was clean and quiet. The next morning, the complimentary breakfast wasn't what I thought it'd be either, but my son enjoyed the muffins and juice so I was very happy!

I didn't spend much time in the hotel, I was there to sleep and shower only. The shower didn't work well and the water dripped all night. I can't tell you anything else. The shower is very important...!
The front desk staff was very nice,and helpful, especially the gentlemen that check me me in, Thank you.

We were attending the bowl game and this location with shuttle to airport for the Marta meant we didn't have to drive or park downtown. Staff was helpful with the details. Return shuttle was prompt.

My stay at the hotel was limited as I arrived late in the evening and left early to catch a flight at the Atlanta airport but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was very convenient to the airport.

I picked this hotel for location and price. I flew in on Monday with my son but his dad wasn't flying in until Tuesday morning and I wanted to be close to airport since I do not know the area at all. The hotel was okay for the price. The room definitely could have been cleaned better. I found wrappers laying around the lots of hair in the shower. The beds were clean though and since I was only staying one night, overlooked everything else. Liked free internet access.

It was fine for the money. Front desk and transportation help was pleasant. Room was good, but nothing special....didn't sit in the old chair, but felt comfortable in the bed and bath.
