the worst hotel I have ever had in my entire life! The receptionists there wanted to charge me twice even though I already paid! Then they wrote down my credit card number and they wanted to write down my ssn but i refused! the room is horrible and unclean. the bathroom is disgusting and flush did not work! the worst hotel ever.

I booked the room online through a booking agency and pre-paid for the room. Upon check-in, the person behind the desk spoke very little English. This made communication very difficult, as no one on the property apparently had command of our language. I am NOT prejudiced, by the way. Communication throughout my several day stay was not good due to the language barrier. After checkout, they charged me a second time for the same stay, which had already been pre-paid. Only after it caused overdrafts to my account because of their incompetency and I called irate, did they agree to refund only the amount of the overcharge but refused to work anything out about the two overdraft fees they had caused on my account. By the way, that would have amounted to a one-night stay. Whatever you do, do not give this place your business unless you enjoy pure headaches and aggravation for weeks after the trip is over.
Also, it was supposed to be newly renovated, but a shoddy job was done of it. The remote control to the TV did not work. The paint in the bathroom from the "renovation" had runs in it, showing poor workmanship. The people in the room next to me decided to make a lot of noise all day and night, which was not necessarily management's fault, but reflected poor wall construction between rooms. This hotel, in comparison to others in the exact same chain and price range, was very very poor quality. I have stayed at this chain in several different locations and had much more pleasant experiences, even with cheaper rates, than this location offered. It should be an embarrassment to the chain to have their sign in front of this place.

over priced for what it is..upon entering room found pee stains on toilet seat(bought clorox wipes and cleaners and cleaned my whole room) air/heat unit looked as if it had never been wiped off (cloroxed wiped that too). management is very unfriendly to the point of just being rude! website states indoor pool open Feb.1st-so not true! cont.breakfast was almost nonexistent, didn't keep enough out to even feed 2 people. the motels around the corner (cheaper) are just as good,if not better(we looked) so save yourself some $$ and alot of grief and stay elsewhere! oh by the way-no elevator @this motel and sign @ front desk "no pets" also not true-we had pets(called motel in advance to confirm pet friendly) to some it up..you will be told what you "want" to hear just to get you to rent a room! look @ your check out bill closely-so you are not overcharged(we also encounter a billing problem).
