The staff was friendly and helpful. The remodel was nice too, simple and elegant. We did experience something odd; my wife and I were waiting for our omelet to be cook when I turned and gave her a peck. The female cook then stated we should do that since we could spread germs to our omelets. She gave us this whole spill about how talking and kisses contaminate food. The irony being she was talking the entire time advising us of our germ sharing habits.

The staff was very warm, helpful and friendly.
The hotel was adjacent to the Mall which was very convenient. The lobby was under contsruction so we couldn't tell how it should have been. We knew that prior to going so it was expected. The price was great for all the amenities. We have stayed at Embassy Suites before and will plan to stay again.

Stayed here for just one night to break up a long drive. It was very clean, beds were really comfortable, staff very helpful, nice hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles). My only complaint is that the shower was difficult to work and the drain in the tub was so slow that at least 3 inches of water accumulated while showering. Other than that everything else was wonderful. Very clean hotel top to bottom!

Explored St Simons and the surrounding area while staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites; My spouse and I arrived 2 hours early and rolled the dice to see if we could check in early so as to unpack after a long drive; attendant was very accommodating; everything was as described; amenities were nice; breakfast was varied and delicious; checking out was a breeze; just returned the card keys and we were out the door; would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect distance from St. Simon's Island for the price. The only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel. Our neighbor above us seemed to be doing jumping jacks all night! Compared to previous trips, it was good. I have stayed in more high-brow hotels through orbits in the past for less, but it was during an off season.

The microtel is conveniently Close to FLETC. So it's nice for those ppl that don't wanna get lost. Keep in mind it's a microtel and you aren't paying a lot of money. The room we had was small but I felt it served it's purpose. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress. It felt too hard.
Would I stay there again? Probably

THE ROOM LOOKED CLEAN-TILL MY WIFE STARTED WIPING THINGS DOWN AND THE WASHCLOTH TURNED DARKER AND DARKER! ROOM SIZE, LAYOUT, AMENITIES, ETC WERE FINE-BED COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. WE GOT A KING SMOKING ROOM, BED DIDNT OFFER VERY MUCH SUPPORT AND THE PILLOWS WERE FLAT AND CHEAP. THE POOL WATER STARTED TURNING GREEN, SO THE POOL WAS CLOSED AFTER THE 1ST NIGHT THERE-WE WERE TOLD THE POOL MAN HAD BEEN CALLED, BUT IT COULD BE A DAY OR TWO BEFORE HE ARRIVED TO SHOCK THE WATER AND GET THE PH CORRECT.

I booked this Hotel looking for an affordable room near Jekyll Island. It was very affordable but nothing special -also turned out to be 35min from Jekyll. Room comfortable and neat (no coffee) Was a little disapointing when we went down for breakfast at 9:15am to be told breakfast is over @ 9am already.

My wife and I stayed the night on the way to Florida. Our room was clean and comfortable. I'm always leary of what some people consider clean when I read a review online however, this room was clean. I would stay again.

Meh. The Super8 I stayed in up in Dublin, GA was a lot nicer.
Didn't have coffee in my room which makes for a rough start on the day. Some of the drawers were missing and it was a tad old, but it was neat & clean. I didn't have a call for anything more in amenities and for the price, ya can't expect a Hilton Garden Inn.
The evening staff was okay, the owners didn't seem to have any sense of joy or 'ha ha' in them at all. Just 'plodding' thru their daily existance it seems. Didn't feel very 'welcoming'.

Need Coffee maker in ALL rooms! Toilets Rock around a little in most rooms. Staff extremely nice. Clean, Not quite brand new. Very Easy access, But Garmin will surely not get you to the correct address. Pool was clean, but small. Easy parking, none are far from the door. GOOD PART OF TOWN. Our room was the smallest, cheapest one you can get. We Paid only $44/night total.

Comfortable and quiet

This is now a Magnuson Hotel..same staff as we met on our last trip. But rates were much better! Nice roadside overnight stay on the way to Florida. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the pool, didn't use the hot tub, but it looked nice. We dined at Matteo's, the $5 off coupon from the hotel was great and the restaurant gave us 10% off, also, for being a hotel guest! Pleasant surprise.

Our primary destination was the St Simon's lighthouse. Beautiful experience. We had a bit of a bad experience at the Millhouse Steakhouse; minor set back. Your staff was wonderful; would recommend your facility.

Traveling on business. Due to weather the trip took more than 14 hours more than planned and I arrived around 5AM The staff was very pleasent and helpful and looked for ways to mitigate the problems caused by misrouted luggage, etc.

We weren't there long, and the pool was closed by the time we got back from the beach, which made ALL the kids sad... The bathrooms were cleaner than the linens. The TVs were Horrible, and the channels were all full of static. Liked the check-in time, and the coffee. Front desk was minimally helpful when we called, so Not the most congenial service, but overall the night went fine for the price. OH!! and "restaurants within walking distance" means "travel a busy street to the Waffle House".

Love the location to Rt 95. Always like the Country Inns & Suites atmosphere. Friendly, clean. The daytime desk clerk was extremely friendly and customer focused. Breakfast is a plus - - convenient so we can continue our travels right from the hotel. We seek ou Country Inns & Suites whenever we travel.

The hotel staff was very nice. And very helpful. We went there for a family visit and was very close to the attractions of Brunswick, St. Simons and Jekyll Island. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was nice and quiet and restful! My only complain was that the bathroom was not the cleanest. The floors were a little moist and the shower curtain was dirty! The location is great! Near gas stations, and a few restraunts!! Honestly, I will definitely book here again!!!!

The room was very clean and nice. Enjoying LCD TV sitting on the recliner was good enough for relax. All linen and towels look like new. In the morning, we can enjoy high quality hot breakfast.

The breakfast was good. Hotel was dated and needed care. Rooms were not cleaned like they should. Bathroom need a good scrubbing.
