Lowes is a quality hotel. I have stayed at several Lowes through out the country. Lowes Atlanta is in a great location in the heart of midtown Atlanta. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

I really liked it so much, the staff are really friendly and the manager was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel
Advantages:
1- Location is Amazing, everything you want is within 1 mile or 2
there is a big mall, shops and the subway station is not far
2- Hotel provide Shuttle service within 3 miles for free ( From 7 AM to 10 PM
3- Internet ( wireless & Ethernet ) up to 2M connection for each room
4- You can wash your clothes and is the same time use the GYM for free
5- The Room is big & nice
6- The Price is really amazing compared to their services
7- Pets allowed ( if you have one ) which I don't BTW.
Disadvantages:
1- The only thing that I didn't like, is sometimes when everything is silent you can hear the noise of the room next to you
but all in all I highly recommend this hotel.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I have had great experiences both times. Breakfast as well as Monday through Thursday dinner help save the traveling budget. Staff goes out of there way to help you with any needs you may have. We will definately return to this hotel when visiting Atlanta in the future!

The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the complementary breakfast had decent choices. Not just the toast and pastry junk normally found. Staff was friendly but not annoying. If one thing stuck out it was how good the bed was and the amenities in the room (fridge, microwave). For me, that's what matters. If you can't get decent sleep in a clean room, the rest is just useless. I rated 5 stars because for the price, this can't be beat.

The getaway was outstanding. My Husband and I took advatange of the swimming pool and the gym
The breakfast the next morning was outstanding. The only thing that put a damper on our room, was the bathroom shower was not cleaned. It still had used soap and shampoo on the little shelf. Other than that, the room was beautiful.
My husband and I love to plan a once a month getaway, and this hotel has been the best one so far. We will be staying there again.

The Twelve Centennial Park is wonderful hotel. First, the positives. The rooms have full kitchens, are spacious with nice sized bathrooms, comfy beds and a flat screen tv in both the living room and the bedrooom. It has a very nice pool and workout facility. It is next to the Civic Center Marta station and within walking distance to many eating establishments, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola and CNN Center. The negatives, parking is $26. per night. The restaurant is horribly overpriced. And, on this particular stay, there were 2 problems in the bathroom. One was a non-working faucet that was fixed immediately and the other was the bathroom fan that sounded like it was going to fall from the ceiling. I was told it would be fixed the next day but at the end of my 6 day stay the problem had not been resolved. Overall, I would stay here again.

Booking the "package deal" was the way to go, for sure. It was nice NOT having to pay for valet parking (except for the tip) and nice that breakfast was included for two with my room. And by the package deal was better is because otherwise everything would be overly expensive. This is a nice hotel but wanting $6 for a bottle of water is even crazier than the prices at the ballpark when we went to see the Braves beat the Mets. I did enjoy the complementary wine tasting, even if the girl serving it just poured me a glass and didn't tell me anything about it (which is the point of wine tasting, so you can decide if you like the wine and eventually buy it sometime). The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean and nice. Staff was great. I would stay there again. Don't order any hot chocolate or lattes- they were over priced and nasty. But that was the only thing, there is a starbucks across the street so I was happy in the end. I stayed overnight for wedding so I didn't use much- just the room.

Visiting our son, we stayed at the Glenn located at Centennial Park for five nights. Staff is very accomodating and room is medium in size but very useable. Giant shower! Loved our bed. Would use the Glenn again for our downtown address.

The room was lovely and of a good size, pretty clean, and mostly quiet other than a little bit of neighbor noise in the hall; the bed was comfortable; and the shower was huge, with good water pressure. Hypoallergenic bedding is available upon request.
The hotel seemed to have some nice amenities, but we did not avail ourselves of them, so I can't offer an opinion on them. One odd thing: The hotel bar was closed by 10, so when we wanted a nightcap, we had to go roaming through the neighborhood in search of a bar.
Valet parking was $25 per day, which was pricey but pretty typical for hotels in the area. The valets were friendly and efficient, and we didn't have to endure a particularly long wait for our cars. Getting in and out was easy.
During our visit, one elevator was broken, which left us standing around waiting unless we called down to the front desk to have them send the freight elevator up to our floor. It wasn't a major inconvenience. Only people with key cards could operate the elevator, which was a nice touch.
Note to sleepyheads: There's a Starbuck's downstairs, free coffee in the room, and free coffee in the lobby.

Excellent accomodations, very helpful staff, I would however extend the hours of the complimentary car service to 11:30 such as competitive hotels in the area and also look closely at the pricing of the drinks in the bar. I think $28.00 is a little excessive for a gin and tonic and a glass of wine.

This was a destination wedding, and the most comfortable hotel we have ever been to. Convenient location, with a luxury car to take us anywhere within 2 miles, service and concierge help to meet our every need! The incredible greek restaurant was very busy, but a card from the hotel concierge magically wisked us to a table for four! She advised us about sights, directions, and even printed up our boarding passes when it was time to leave.
Our king sized bed was extremely comfortable, the enormous bath was wonderful. The heated pool was close by, open to the sky, and served by a complete bar. A wonderful experience.

Wonderful staff, food, awesome indoor pools, great value, but the room air conditioners/heaters kept coming off and on all night long disrupting our sleep. If there could have been an option for continual fan that would have been so much better. Nice, roomy rooms and comfortable beds. We always enjoy these hotels and their breakfasts!

Hotel had everything we needed and more. Had a shuttle to restaurant of our choice for Dinner, last thing we wanted to do was get in the car again after traveling all day. Also enjoyed the Pool and Hot Tub before going to Dinner. Hotel then gave us an excellent hot breakfast buffet before sending us off.

Great customer service and staff attitudes. One minor and I do mean minor, exception was at the coffee bar in the morning. There were two staff people standing behind the bar discussing some other staff person or incident, they did not acknowledge that I was there or say good morning. Not a big deal, but a hotel at this level is all about a warm and friendly staff. Otherwise our stay was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. You can walk to just about anything you would want from this hotel. The very best shopping a large city like Atlanta has to offer.

The ambiance is, to stay the least, grand. And the staff was exemplary. Everyone was curtious, and well informed. You could not walk past someone with out a "Good evening ma'am.", "Where are you traveling from?", or "What brings you to Atlanta?".
The room service was curtious, but the food, less than amazing. We ordered the burger, something appealing when your really hungry, have been traveling all day, and want something familiar. When we got it, it was cold, you could tell as the cheese was already hardening and shiny. The set up was nice, but the food, just "eh". For $16 a burger, I was expecting just a little pinache.
The bathrooms are a little small, but the shower fits two well. There was a shower facet missing from around the piping. They had one of those glorious 7 inch shower heads, but the over all water pressure or the water pressure fixture only allowed for water coming out of the center 3 inches. Kind of depressing when you are looking for the big "natural rain" feeling.

We stayed at this hotel while at a convention because it was close to the Georgia World Congress Center. The downtown location is a major plus. It is close to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola and Olympic Park. The MARTA public transportation is just a block or two away. There are restaurants within walking distance. The interior architecture is very interesting with an open atrium that narrows as the elevation increases. A quick trip up to the top floor to look down is worth the few minutes it takes. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable; the staff was helpful and professional. Free WiFi is available in the lobby and public floors only. Internet access in the room is an additional daily charge.

I visit Atlanta often and have tried staying out in the suburbs and in downtown. This location was perfect for my needs. Close to my appointment and within 10 minutes of the Virginia Highland where I like to eat.
The hotel was all that I expected and the staff was professional and pleasant.
I chalk this one up as a great experience.

Short overnight stay for business trip for myself and two employees.
Seems the 2 rooms away from the airport side had better night sleep. Neither of us heard anything.
The other said it was a little loud but understandable since we were right across the street.
Service was great and everyone was very nice.
Would stay there again if in the area!

Got stranded at the airport after a flight cancellation and stayed here. Great staff, shuttle is very easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Wish that they had free internet and had coffee that was cheaper and better! Those coffee vending machines are awful. But overall, for a quick unexpected stay, I was very comfortable.

I stayed in the middle of the blazing hot summer and the AC kept me very cool, which is my most distinct memory. I had no complaints--the room seemed clean, the breakfast was serviceable, and the staff were friendly.

Very clean and friendly environment. The only exception we found in are stay was the sofa beds. They were very uncomfortable and in need of some rejuvenation. Our king size bed was very comfortable though. We would recommend this place to others.

I was in Atlanta to take an exam so I just stayed for one night. The hotel was close to the airport but not so close that airplane noise was an issue. The airport shuttle service was excellent. All hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent--huge variety from fresh fruit to eggs, sausage, and waffles. Not much nearby in terms of restaurants and things, but this is a great place if you want to be close to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pleasantly surprised at the level of service and willingness of staff to be accomodating. It is a HUGE hotel and can be confusing getting from North/South towers.
