Staff was very helpful, the restaurant was clean and efficient, the room was perfect with one exception, it had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. The location from the airport could not have been better and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes starting at 4:30 in the morning, so getting an early flight is not an issue.

This was just a one day business trip. The hotel is a quick drive from the airport. If there is not someone to run LaQuinta's complimentary airport shuttle the hotel reimburses your cab fare (with receipt!).
I was welcomed and my name memorized in the first 15 minutes.
The room was tidy and modern.
It would have been helpful to have a restaurant or cafe in the hotel.

Flew in to WPB for the Bahamas Celebration cruise. This hotel was an economical choice near the airport, and provided great service with free shuttle to the airport and around town, CityPlace for dinner for example. Very accomodating and helpful staff!

It is a three year old motel,with excellent ammenities. Clean and comfortable with queen sized beds. No odor and I am sensitive to smells.
The only drawback is it is located about 5 miles north of PBI and not in the grouping around the airport.
We had a 6:15AM flight and their shuttle did not start until 7:AM. A $25.00 cab ride,including tip resulted.
Would we stay again, the answer is YES.

Nice Hotel, Bad Location

This is a nice hotel with lovely grounds that are very well maintained but, alas, it is right on the edge of a very, very bad neighborhood. The only thing that saves it is the proximity to I-95. Once there was a large mall just across the street but it is, for all intents and purposes, closed. This bad neighborhood becomes all the worse as it is necessary to pass through it on the way to the downtown and Palm Beach. As a result of the bad neighborhood, this hotel does not exactly attract the best clientele.

We rec'd very professional courtesy from staff. Love the courtyard, enjoyed the evening breezes, pool. Breakfast was convenient, good coffee, relaxing pace. Room was newly decorated, very clean & comfortable. All around great stay. This is our third visit and will probably book again when we are in WPB.

West Palm Beach Perfection

I was visiting my friends in West Palm and needed something cheap so this place was perfect.
There's free wifi and breakfast with a nice pool and bar. the rooms were nothing special but the bed was comfortable.
You can tell they are making improvements to the hotel so i'll be back to see the changes

When I booked Biba [...] I was attracted to its funky retro style and the price was right. I didn't read the reviews until after booking my trip and was a little worried by one guests vindictive remarks. I have stayed in countless mid-range hotel chains and contrary to that review Biba was clean and attractive, the rooms cozy with good bathrooms and the outdoor areas private and serene. Housekeeping and staff were friendly and helpful. Virtually a bridge away from Palm Beach and its glamour, Biba is a great choice for the savy traveler.

Pictures can be deceiving

When I booked this hotel, I thought I was getting a super great deal for the price because the hotel description said it went through a complete remodel. However, after arriving, I was somewhat disappointed because the room was narrow and small, the pool was tiny and the cafe/breakfast area was ridiculously tiny. Don't get me wrong, the pictures are true to the decor and all but they must have used a wide angle lens to take the photo because it looked more grand in the photos. I was not satisfied with the hotel but the front desk staff were super nice and friendly and since it was within minutes of the airport and the shopping mall, I really can't complain. Overall, if you are used to upscale amenities, services, and more spacious rooms, do not book here, you will be disappointed as I was.

The room itself was very nice but the water pressure in the shower was horrible! I had to turn the AC unit off to keep from freezing while taking a shower and this is while I am in Florida and its 80 degrees outside. My bill was calculated incorrectly, overcharged by $45 and I have yet to be explained why, but I am bot too concerned about the small amount, its just the principal, I expected more from a Hilton.

Simple & Easy Place to Crash

Have stayed at this hotel chain in other aeas, and was already familiar with the amenities. Some are a little more updated than others. It's just a temporary, last minute place to crash, that's clean and comfortable. Not bad if you're in a sticky situation and need to get away from jerks who try to destroy you, just because they think they can. It's also not a bad deal either, which is why I stayed. Would like to see the complimentary breakfast extended by an hour. Staff does a decent job of accomodating your needs, which I don't have many. Beds are comfortable for a hotel like this, and you can request cleaning services as you need them. Overall, not bad. Just wish they would llower the price a little for what it is/

Always stayed at this location, but wasnt able to get a non smoking room unless I pay more, that wasnt fair. The room had bugs (3) in it. The staff was friendly but not able to stay in a smoking room again, I had to use airfreshner and febreeze to cope with the smell, not sure why a person had to pay for a non smoking room.

[...] The room seemed fairly clean other than that the stench from the smell of cigarette smoke was extreme and awful. My clothes took on the horrible smell. Then the last night there, we had now hot water. The last morning there, again there was no hot water. They did try to make amends at that point. We spent four nights there and the first three did have hot water. Not sure what happened after that.We did not use the pool because it was pretty cold when we were there. We felt the water and it did feel heated.

I had reserved for three people, but there were towels only for two.
There was a hair next to the pillow when I pulled the bed spread back.
The food at the restaurant was pretty good but the waitress got two of the three orders wrong and the meal took two hours. Service was very, very slow.
All the staff we encountered was very friendly. The concierge went out of her way to tell us about the activities available nearby. The front desk people smiled and acted like they were truly glad to see us. Even the shuttle driver at 5:45 AM was friendly.

We felt we got a lot for the money. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and bath. 2 TVs and phones. A full kitchen with dishes, dishwasher etc.
Our breakfast was really good with lots of hot choices as well as many other choices.
Our room was neat and clean.

We loved the hotel. Our room was great, the staff was friendly, and the food was far better than we had hoped for. We took our toddler, and he enjoyed himself immensely. The room was large enough to allow him to play, and the kitchenette was great for his eating schedule. We were just minutes away from the beach. The only negative I found was the laundry. Well worth the drive to the laundry mat.

My family and I took this trip in order to attend a family wedding. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The hotel served a very, very good complimentary breakfast. We found the hotel to be clean and the staff pleasant to deal with.

The room was great: clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Great breakfast! It's a 10+ minute drive to the beach, which I didn't mind at all. I would absolutely stay here again.

IT was a nice hotel room was very clean and comfy had a nice pool too. The hotel was fairly close to shopping area and had a shuttle that took us almost everywhere.It was a good trip overall.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. When we called from the airport to ask about early check in when we arrived, they immediately sent the shuttle to pick us up. In fact, my husband and I only paid for one cab ride while on vacation as the shuttle was able to take us most places and even went out of the area to accomodate us. The staff also had many helpful recommendations about where to eat and what to see. We came in for a wedding at a luxury resort but couldn't afford to stay at it, but service at this hotel made all the difference.

We were there to relax and found that the pool/jacuzzi was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a car rental and we were able to go out for dinner to some of our favorite restaurants. It would have been nice to be able to choose a continental breakfast instead of a full breakfast.

No alarm clock and when we got one it did not work almost late for my husbands flight. Rough towels small bed old sheets and blankets. Floors not clean proper. We ordered a king size bed but only had queen. Bed was bad.

we were traveling with a dog and had business during the day of checkout. They were very accomidating to the situation and let us checkout much later than usual. The staff also gave us some fun local places to go. We had a great time and if heading in that direction again will definitly stay there.
