The room was great as well as the front desk staff. However, the housekeeping staff left something to be desired. It took the housekeeper on our floor all morning to clean 5 rooms, and by the time we got back to our room, it still had not been cleaned. This was early afternoon. So, we just decided to forego fresh linens. Other than that, it was a great place!

This was my second time staying at the Four Points, love it. This was a leisure weekend stay, The staff was excellent. The location is very quiet. We loved the peacefulness.

A warm welcome, a clean and modern facility. Just what we needed but did not expect. The reception was excellent, the room spacious with excellent toilet and shower facility. It was a pleasant nights rest.
In the morning there was coffee in the lobby and then we went to the restaurant for breakfast which was super. The Chef/mgr was our host and he was so kind in offering to make whatever egg or omellette dishes we wanted. My wife's eggs were perfect which gave her a major plus for starting the day.
I would stay again when we are in Tallahasse,FL and of course suggest it to our friends.
Congratulations to a fine hotel group and outstanding staff.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. The hotel is well situated to get to shopping and Capital offices. We requested non-smoking rooms - and were very pleasantly surprised they didn't have any smoke smell. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room has a refrigerator. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall this is a very nice hotel.

This was a nice hotel with a convenient location downtown. The room was somewhat small, but it did not feel cramped as space was managed brilliantly. Well I arrived late to my room due to delayed flight. Once in my room getting ready for bed I felt something bite my leg. It was an ant. In fact a lot of ants were swarming my carpet. So I changed rooms and then in the new room found dead roaches in the bathroom. At least they were dead. Need new carpet, new paint and is begging for a major overhaul. Location is great.

I was only here for one night and had dinner at the Bonefish Grill. The hotel was an average experience. Staff not very personable. Breakfast fruit looked bad, watered down Orange Juice, milk instead of creamer for coffee, only one flavor of yogurt.

when i arrived at the front desk i immediately noticed the indian decor throughout the lobby, didnt not come off as professional to me. then i check in and recieved my key, unloaded my bags and proceeded to 'my' room, i noticed a 'do not disturb' sign on the knob but really thought nothing of it, so i put my key in and unlocked the door only to discover that someone was already staying in the room!! luckily no one was actually in the room when i opened the door! so i had to drag all my bags back to the office where i was given another room like it was no big deal. good thing im an honest person and shut the door to the room as soon as i opened it. i was worried when i wasnt in my room who they were giving MY key to...i won't go back for sure...

Before booking I read some of the reviews. I wasn?t expecting much and that?s exactly what I got. Not much. There was a distinct musty smell to the room, the curtain wasn?t completely attached to the rod, cable reception was poor and the cleanliness of the room was questionable. Check in and check out was quick and easy and the proximity to the FSU campus was hard to beat. Oh, did I mention the fleas? We won?t be back.

This hotel was way overpriced for a Super 8 but because of the FSU football weekend, the prices were much higher. Our room was fine, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet didn't have an attendant, and they ran out of plates, silverware and creamer for the coffee.
