I can advise this hotel to people who does not want to spend time in the hotel but want to travel around PCB in spring break time. The room and the sheets were not clean. We brought our own sheets and blankets and pillows. However, it is close to Club LaVela and PCB, and they do not ask for extra things such as parking or any kind of deposit (the other places do in spring break time).

I had planned to pick up my daughter from the airport and return home but chose to make a mini-vacation out of the stay. We went to the mall and the beach. We were in the center of all the retail stores and our favorite dining spots. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

after driving for 11-12 hours i was extremely tired. My room wasn't ready because checkin time was at 2pm. however, the young guy made arrangements for me to get a room earlier. the stores were close, and also the eatery

Was down only because of picking my husband up from airport. The room was very clean but there was no coffee pot or microwave in the room. If you need coffee 1st thing i wouldn't recommend this room. All the hotels i've ever stayed in have coffee pots and microwaves in them. Microtel in Daphne AL. is the best.

The Comfort Inn & Conference Center was just an ok place to stay. From the minute I checked in the front desk clerk was kind of rude. Also the toilet in the room barely flushed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The biggest problem with the motel was the 7-10 insects I had to kill the last night there. They were crawling all around the night stand and I don?t even want to think about them crawling in my bed while I was sleeping. I would recommend to my friends that they not stay there and I will never stay there again.

We just needed a place to sleep and take a shower and it did the job. Bed and towels were clean the floor didn't look to nice though but for the price you can't really complain to much.

We attended a concert at the Civic Center. This hotel is a perfect location AND it is only 4 miles from the beach. The staff were all friendly. Our room was neat as a pin! Very new with a full sized fridge, stove, etc... We were well pleased.

Walked in and room smelled a little off because the air was off. Back door was broke so anybody could have came in. Breakfast was not that great, no hot foods. Overall, we were on spring break and just needed a place to sleep and relax during the mornings. Wasnt a total waste of money.

Motel was great. Especially for pets. Rooms smelled clean as well. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of and fee for incidentals which will be credited back. Front desk was very nice. The stay was good.

We went to the beach and the location mileage back to hotel wasn't to bad. I liked it because we got away from the rowdy partying and was able to actually rest. Nothing was really missing for the stay it was quiet nice. All in all, good stay, nice hotel and would stay again.

The experience was great! There was an outside pool and hot tub which were great for my family! The breakfast was fantastic with many options! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is not a ton to do in this town, but Panama City Beach is just a 40 minute drive west.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. The room was clean and the breakfast room was well stocked - even had a pancake maker! The hotel is kind of hidden behind the Waffle House and CVS, but the location had access to the main highways. I would stay there again.

We had a annoying housekeeper. Wanted to tell her life story & bum cigarettes. Had a nice stay in this hotel(beware the housekeepers!) and vacation. I would recommend this hotel.
