The hotel was ok for what you pay, they came every day to clean, we didn't have a coffee machine as was promissed but when requested it was brought to the room and our tv was changed to flat screen. The location is excelent. The only bad thing I could say is the room is outdated, other than that our experience was pleasant.

At about 3 am a car horn started to make noise for a bout 30 minutes. Then at 4 people started to talk very loud in the hallway, I couldn´t sleep well for that night.

You get what you pay for so upgrade to a suite if at all possible. This is the newer part of the hotel and has more room than you would normally need.
Perfect for gathering of friends for a night a Universal Studios.
Staff is what really makes this place, they did good by me with my room arrangements at 12:30AM in the morning.
Biggest plus was one of the staff worked the waffle machine for us and it was way better than the waffle house next door.

I was just in town for a couple of days alone without my husband - I didn't need anything spectacular ! This location served its purpose somewhere clean to sleep with a pool to hang out for a couple of hours. It was nothing to write home about - over the top OR negative. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

The room has an odor of pool chemicals when you first walk in, but that goes away pretty quickly. The linens were clean, but not luxurious. The shower had mold in the caulking, but was otherwise okay. I wouldn't take a bath in there, but it was okay for a shower. The breakfast was just okay. Lots of bread. Staff was okay. The location is on a busy street, but rooms are quiet. The bed was comfortable.

For the bucks I spent (Super low price) I have stayed at extremely better hotels. The floor carpet felt filthy, everything was broken in the room (shower fosset, air conditioning knobs, ect). The personnel were great cant complain about them although, I did not complain to them. I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone until they renovate it.

The area was not very desirable, next to a used car lot, but overall, it was worth what it cost. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled recently, but the building showed a lot of age that can't be covered up by any remodeling.

- Shower didn't have hot water and the staff would tell us it was fixed but it wasn't until the day we had to leave.
- Most of the staff was hardworking but few didn't want to be bothered when they were watching tv
- For the price, I can do it again being young. Wouldn't recommend it to someone who is not ready for surprises.
- Wi-Fi was a plus too!

My Husband and I were on a budget for sure, but we needed a few days away. The price was right. The staff was very friendly. The room was pretty clean except for the baby bottles under the bed. It seems the staff forgot to look there when they cleaned it. It is a very old place so the plumbing was loud when the person above us took a shower. The bed was old and sagged in the middle; not the most comfortable. Other than that, no complaints. There were no rowdy people or parties and the little kitchen was very convenient.

The hotel was ok, but for the price just to sleep and get freshen up is ok! The only goo thing is that its a walking distance from your doorstep the IHOP, 24/7 open so easy dont even have to get out to look for a restaurant!

We have stayed in this hotel before on previous trips. The hotel is average but in a good spot to get where you need to go. The cleanliness was good. But the beds were not the best to sleep in because of the sheets that they use. They come apart quickly while sleeping... But would stay here again...

nothing in the room worked..... bathroom light, mini fridge, hair dryer and two other lights were either broken or out. The location is a little intimidating but ok for the value. Breakfast was less than par. Go to McDonalds down the street.

this hotel is strictly for the budget minded. rooms were average but needing some tlc. local phone calls were free but phone didnt work .shuttle to theme parks were limited to certain parks and ran only once leaving at 8 30 am and returned at 1030 pm.

Good to be all day in parks

It´s a hotel with a very good lacation, the I-Ride troley goes north to south just in the front of the hotel. It has good transportation to parks, but I would ask for more times of return from the parks. There are a lot of places to go for lunch and diner, but the hotel needs to offer breakfast. The room was average, with fridge, coffee maker, iron and iron board, but need a microwave. The attention was good. The only thing I didn´t like was that they didn´t vacuuming the carpet. We were almost all day at parks or shopping, so the stay was good. Thanks.

Our stay was just OK, room furnishings were cheap and ment to look more modern. Room cleanliness was alright, found some hairs in the bathroom. Lobby staffy was friendly, however housekeeping showed up at 930am and 10am, even though checkout wasn't until 11am. Wouldn't stay here again.

After checking in, reported to the room, the bathtub drain was in peices, called the front desk after waiting 2 hours called back and was givin a diff room. The key card would not work the second day and had to get reprogramed.

Hotel provided a clean shower, clean room, and nice bed. The hotel is veryordinary, but we were in the room very little, and the location was perfect. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. If you want value and simplicity, it is your place.

right off I-4, 10 minutes (depending on traffic--might be 20) to downtown and close to Longwood, Winterpark, Casselberry, etc. Denny's nearby. not a good choice if you want Disney, but okay for Universal and Sea World. rooms are clean. no free internet, or microwave or fridge. quiet, unless the club next door is rockn' on Sat night and your room is on that side. laundry room and pool are nice.

I stayed here for the final space shuttle launch. Although it was an hours drive from the Ocean it was all that was available. The price was as cheap as it gets and the hotel quality was clean, comfortable, and better than most I have stayed in, in Florida, even for 3 times the price! The traffic is just ridiculous here! Its fine to get on and off of 528 and that's why I picked it. Anything else, and you are stuck in Orlando traffic that resembles L.A. rush hour!

We will never stay here again! We were given a standard room, but paid for a deluxe, they just put in a fridge and micro in, as my husband is disabled and couldn't walk the stairs and had none on the first floor. The hotel LOCKED us out the first night because THEY forgot to swipe our credit card when we checked in for the $5.00 extra fee. How rude and unprofessional after a long day in the park. The staff was overwhelmed and not able to handle the front desk check in crowds. The internet is NOT free in the room, they charge you. We asked for wake up calls each mornings and never got them. There were ants in the room and other creatures lurking, don't leave food out for a minute. The bartender was drinking as much as the customers and the language from the customers was unspeakable, and there were children present.

I was surprised that I had to pay a $15 HOTEL FEE when I arrived. What is that?
The room I was in was clean.The halls need all new carpet. DINGY. Faucet broken and maids did not clean well. Sandwiched in between 2 major thorofares it was so noisy. The coffee was not good and cheap creamer. The lobby too small for relaxation and crowded as well.
I was not happy.

I stay at this hotel regularly. It is close to my business and is a bit nicer than some other hotels in the area. Im not there much, basically to sleep and shower. Gives me what I need, but would not stay here if the price was any higher. I believe they get most of their business due to location.

Booked 2 double beds but when i checked in they gave me 1 queen and said hotel is overbooked and it was booking site fault. They intimated the booking site but the site didnt acknowledge and there were 15 overbooking and i was lucky to get the last room. Bad experience but not sure if its hotels fault or travel site faults.
Good thing is this hotel is walking distance from universal studios so i justed walked ad didnt had to worry about traffic, parking and save few $

The hallway smelled like cat urine. The hotel is OLD, outdated, not well kept (paint pelling, old A/C, No fan in bathroom). They should only charge people $25.00 to stay there. Would recommend a rest area in the car,,,over this hotel. AVOID!!!!

I booked 2 rooms - one for my family and one for my elderly parents. It was not cheap by any means. I thought by utilizing a less expensive hotel - we would save money and enjoy our trip more. The hotel as not very clean. The back entrance door near our rooms did not close - risking a security problem. There was mold in the tub. The shhets did not fit well and did not stay on the bed - forcing us to sleep on bare matresses which is VERY unsanitary. While it was not a big distance from the theme park......it was not easy to get to from the hotel. The food at the hotel was terrible and the service was worse. We would never try this again. In the future we will always pay the extra $$ and stay on sight at the resort to avoid this terrible experience.

Visiting the area with a very full itinerary, we knew we would not be spending much time in our room, so at $50 per night, we didn't expect much. Not much is exactly what we got! Although the room was clean enough, it was was definitely in disrepair. The toilet seat shifted every time we sat on it, there were cracks in the tile bordering the very small shower stall, the drain cover in the shower was loose and by day 3 of our 5 day stay, the shower began draining very slowly. In addition, a dresser drawer handle was broken, there was no alarm clock, no coffee maker, no iron or board. On the upside, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a convenient and free bus service that picks up just across the street.
For a quick visit when you won't be staying too long an don't expect a palace, this place will fit the bill. Just don't expect anything near extravagant!

I booked this room last min so that I could spend Thanksgiving holiday with my brother. The staff was friendly and the room was tidy. There was good service. Check in/Check out was good. Many families stay here and it stays quiet at night. The Ihop on the side of the hotel is always busy but it is 24 hrs.

The front desk people are very nice and helpful.(which is a bit unusual for an inn in Orlando) . but the bed was not very comfortable even though it was king size.
The room suits the price and it was very clean and neat.
The downside was the complimentary bus to Universal studio that starts at 10.45AM which is a little late if you want to get to Harry Potter.We had to take a taxi for 2 mornings . with $18 per ride. kinda suck here.
Right next to IHOP and McD, so you will never starve at any point. Walgreen is also close-by.

Nice hotel, Good place to sleep, All the parks are near by. Breakfast needs alot of work, (very small area) If you plan to visit the parks and not spend alot of time in the hotel, this is a good place. Needs a shuttle to and from the airport.
