The staff is very helpful...was given a key to aroom when entering the room we noticed that the room was already being used by someone else...Oooops!!! Was given an upgrade to make up for the mistake....Got beach front view room....The view from the room was great.....The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Ocean Drive!!!! The only problem to me was that there was construction on floors 8 and above....The lower floors are also in great need of remodeling....I'm sure that once all the renovations are done the hotle will be beautiful. I would come back to visit in the future...

had a great time, right in the center of miami beach, but very loud 12am-4am and very pricey with little options when it comes time to eat and get ammenities

I generally enjoyed my time at the Shore Club. It's definitely a place that is best for groups of friends to go to vs. a romantic quiet getaway with your husband. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to a couple with young children. The rooms were nice. Some reviews I had read scared me a bit, but we had upgraded to an ocean view and were quite please with it. Everything was clean. The Front desk were friendly. The pool people were awesome (especially Dakota!) and quite attentive. I usually stay at a different Morgan Hotel property when traveling to South Beach...but I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The "scene" at the pool is one to admire...the people watching is very entertaining...but possibly not relaxing.

This brand new Miami Beach boutique hotel offers a trendy rooftop lounge, glass-enclosed pool and an on-site restaurant. Lummus Park and miles of sand lie just across Ocean Drive. A flat-screen TV, iPod docking station and minibar are found in each bright room of the Hotel Breakwater. The elegant bathroom offers a rain-style shower, 2 sinks and organic amenities. Pool services at the Breakwater include frozen towels and eye masks. The hotel's beach staff can set-up umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach. Guests can arrange a personal trainer or a Pilates class at the modern gym. The rooftop lounge offers ample seating and serves as a nightclub in the evening. Nine at the Breakwater serves fine cuisine as well as a full bar. Ocean's 10 provides happy hour beverages and Mediterranean cuisine.

Probably, the most elegant hotel in South Beach - great style, lots of personality, a real find. The staff is friendly and helpful, the pool area is beautiful, and the restaurant is top-notch, both in ambiance and food quality. The rooms are beautiful - whatever they lack in size, they more than make up in style.

The Delano is a perfect get away for a few days or few weeks. Located near all the other hip hotels you can walk and check everything out on the beach walkway. The ocean is gorgeous, but the gem of the hotel is the amazing pool. It was one of the most relaxing trips of my life, and the staff were so incredibly helpful and courteous, they made us feel very welcome and important.
