This is our worst hotel stay ever. The room AC unit had apparently been turned off for some time, so it took over an hour for the room to cool down and for the musty smell to go away.
The microwave was missing from the room, so we were given another room. The front desk employee was apologetic and very helpful in relocating us.
The bath drain in the new room was draining very slow. Bed linen was clean but had stains.

The hotel could of been a half decent place to stay but when we got there the heat index outside was in the 3 digit range.The heat index in the hotel was hotter. they had no air on in our room and their was no air turned on in the hallways ect.The continental breakfast was terrible old bagels taken out of the freezer, no butter only grape jelly a choice of frosted flakes or rice krispies.No choice on the juice only apple.The people seemed ok but 98% of the time they didn`t speak ENGLISH. I will say the location in Melbourne was great.

My husband and I were there to house hunt....we found it to have a very good location for meeting our realitor. We also found that this was a decent stay for the money!

Over all it was very clean ,and well kept however there was problems with both my bathroom and front door handles, and locks. Also I asked for smoking got non smoking, and the tv service they offered wasnt that good. But it was surrounded by a lot of restaurants, and stores also a movie theater near by was nice. I would recommend it to friends if they needed a nice clean simple place to stay...THANKS!!

Nice hotel, nice staff eager to help you. Within walking distance to good restaurants, shopping mall, and best of all to a Halloween City.

We stayed for one night in order to spend a holiday with our son who attends college in Melbourne. The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. We were late checking in but that was "no problem". The room was clean and smelled good. We paid the extra money for breakfast included and it was well worth it. I was afraid that it would be a Continental Breakfast but it was a full hot and cold breakfast buffet. It was quite busy but there was no shortage of food. The only problem was that the bed was too soft for me.
