Needed a hotel to stay at last minute in order to run the Disney Marathon. Nice property at great value. Good staff. The only issue I had was the restaurant. Not very good options.

Great location. Room was available at check in and upgraded us to deluxe. Room was big, clean and temp was comfortably cool. Did not appreciate the $10.00 parking fee surprise. Parking card a bit annoying, have to use to enter and exit. Have stayed several times in the past and will stay again.

We also feature 17 onsite restaurants and lounges, with menus featuring everything from coastal cuisine, to Italian, steak, seafood, sushi, 24-hour room service, and more. At the end of the day, our newly redesigned guest rooms offer the perfect retreat. Stayed here for 7 nights through New Years. The rooms were not ready by 3 PM and the fridge wasnt emptied from the previous guests. However once we got past the initial check in concerns , the hotel lived up to expectations. The location was great and we all had a good time. I would definately stay again if i could not get into my timeshare

We booked our hotel last minute - came for the Disney Marathon weekend - and were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was on one of the refurbished floors and was very nice. The only negative aspect would be that WI-FI is not included in the price... Had a wonderful meal at the Trattoria in the Swan Hotel next door :-)

Our family ate at the Outback restaurant. We had the lobster, salmon, and prime rib. The prime rib and salmon was OK, over priced but considering this is close to tourist strips. My lobster did not have the claws and the head was some what questionable for a whopping $42. You should have a much better experience at the Crab House.

The hotel is literally across the street from Downtown Disney!!The shuttle service was great when we used it, occasionally slow but we were there during Christmas so delays due to numbers were expected. The breakfast buffet was pricey but very good-especially the kids eat free part. The kids loved the character breakfast.The staff was helpful with planning outings (which parks to do at what times). I cant wait to stay at the resort again during warmer months to take advantage of the pool activities.

Good experience. Staff responded quickly to requests and were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is tv's and remotes need to be upgraded. Numbers on the room phone for housekeeping, front desk, etc. need to be updated.

Had a great experience here. The hotel desk clerk honored my request to be on a higher floor so I could see the nightly Disney Fireworks. They were beautiful from the 12th floor! Room was clean and spacious, upgraded to a king bed with a sofa.

Very good hotel to stay

Stayed in the hotel for three days during our trip to Orlando. It is a great hotel very close to the Disney World. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great - plenty of choices and Kids are free! The shuttle is a little crowed as they share with other hotels, also due to holiday season. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel.

This hotel is located within 10 minutes walking distance of Downtown Disney, which was great. The warm cookies that you get at check-in were a nice welcome. The hotel room was a little old, but spacious and the bed comfortable. The coffee maker, fridge and microwave enabled us to get an early start on the day. Wireless internet was spotty and went down for a day, which we weren't charged for. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that walls were thin and you could hear crying children and amorous noises at night.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff was most friendly.
The only problem we encounter was that the air condition leaked
and when taking a shower the water would build up in the tub. Other then that we
just loved it. I would definitely recommend your stay, our kids and I had a great time,

I wanted to rest and that's just what I did. We didn't have to leave the resort for the kids to have fun. I could watch them from the livingroom while they splashed in the pool, and look from the patio at them golfing it up with mini-golf. There's no place like WESTGATE they give you the best for less.
