Kissimmee is a popular Central Florida tourist destination
because of its sunny weather, spring training baseball for major league clubs,
and close proximity to Disney World. It is located just south of Orlando in
what is commonly referred to as the Kissimmee-St. Cloud area. Most activity is
centered on Highway 192 and Vine Street in the city of Kissimmee.

I picked this place because of the price and location. It's close to the Disney parks and on the main strip near Old Town. It's an old hotel that can use some work. The rooms weren't too bad but it did have some small bugs in it, they looked like small roaches. Since we were hardly in the room it didn't bother us that much. So depending on what your plans are will determine if you stay here or not. I would try them again and see if the bug problem has been fixed.

The value and location are excellent. The AM breakfast may have you leaving the property to eat.
Definitely one of the poorest quality I have experienced in my travels. The customer service desk consists of an attempt to get you to visit a time share for a small reduction in Disney entry fees. Avoid it. The shuttle times are not good and returns are very very late. Disney/ Epcot are only a couple of miles away, very easy drive and parking is just $14 a day...much better way to go. Many good places to eat in the area. Easy to find from the Airport!

Good value hotel if you just need a place for night stays and that is close to most of the popular theme parks. It is not resort where you just can stay in all day. Free continental breakfast is a plus.

we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite had everything needed the staff was friendly and helpful. old town next door is nice place to spend an afternoon. the fun spot is a far better value for rides than the old town amusements park. [fun spot right next to old town]

No complaints at all or what so ever. Room cleanliness, on time response to staff calls and friendliness. Complimentry breakfast was also great. Elevators are a bit slower to fulfil the need of rush hour transportation early morning when people are back n forth from lobby (breakfast) and folks checking out with luggage. Overall very good hotel and place to stay with family, very close to attractions. Also, there are places on walking distance that are open till around 1am and cant beat a 24 hours Walgreens right around the corner!

Nice place to stay, convenient to the parks, only one elevator per building, people like to leave their trash out in front of their rooms, otherwise it was very nice, the staff was friendly, they don't actually rent dvd's, they stopped doing this and didn't report it to anyone including the front desk, beds are very firm

We had a great stay. The location was close to the Disney parks and away from the traffic. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the grounds were well kept. We did have a couple of issues. When we got to the hotel my reservations were not in the computer, it was a good thing I had a copy of my confirmation number so they could honor my reservations. However, my name was on the list for the timeshare sales rep. Another issue I had was the fact that they got me to talk to the timeshare rep by having me go to their desk to pick up the car decal. The front desk could have easily provided that with the hotel key.

Celebrating the New Years 2012 In Disney. We arrived late on the Dec. 31st and the staff was helpful in getting us organized and into our room in a speedy fashion, so we can get an early start in the morning . The suite was clean and room temperature was perfect. We requested an additional rollaway and it was delivered
immediately with clean linen. I will request this resort to all my family and friends.

Bad utility service very bad. we had no water for the restroom for hrs. the sink got stocked with the plug thing that makes the water not to go.
very limited time for pool for kids. The door did not close properly on the way out or in. Had to force the door to close.
They lie about location. They said 11 min from Disney parks. It is all most 45 min. So it is far from Airport.

The hotel did not hold up to my expectations. The bed was not comfortable, room was small, the shower wall had brown stains, and there was a extremely $15 taken out of my account that they did not tell me about along with the 25$ for resort fees..but other than all that the pool was great and hotel was nice.

The "hotel" room was not very good. Small with no fridge or microwave. I offered to pay for an upgrade. The staff gave me an upgrade to a suite with a mini kitchen without charge. The mini-kitchen suite was good and we enjoyed our five days there.

This motel is cheap but you are getting what you paid for. The continental breakfast is a laugh, the room is okay but the towels smell and the tv has 4 channels only and the ones that work well the loud static out weighs the volume. There is no shuttle from the airport to this motel and the taxi fare is $55.oo. The pool had mold in it and was closed for 2 days. Just pay a little more for something better me and the kids had a good laugh but will not stay here again.

The Days Inn had NO amenities -- no functioning hair dryer, no iron or ironing board. The shower was clean but difficult to adjust, as there were no markings on the faucet. The only positive was its location to my destination.

I decided to stay at this hotel due to the free shuttle to the theme parks. If you decide to do the same, then you will be surprised when you get there. The shuttle is not provided by the hotel but it is a public transportation that stops by other hotels and runs through certain hours and picks up late in the evening. So if you want to leave and get picked up at a certain time or when you feel you are done, you will have to wait until around the parks are closed. Pretty much you have to be at the park the entire day. After the first shuttle run, my wife and I decided to fork out the parking fees and pay for the rest of our stay. If you have the cleaners clean your room while you are out, they will just fix the sheets and replenish the towels and toiletries. They would rarely vacuum nor would they be courteous to return the night stand to its proper place. The free breakfast is sufficient for your morning hunger. It definitely beats spending around $8-$10 per person and to look for a place to eat. You wake up and go down stairs to grab something to eat then you are good until you leave to go to the parks. The staff members are very nice. Although, they advertise the bed as king it feels like two twin beds together while laying on cardboard. I did not mind the hotel room since we were there for the morning and late evening. We'd mostly be out the entire day.

very nicely done for an older hotel. a lot of amenities for the price. i didn't know about the $5.95 resort fee up hand, i wasn't told until checking out. even though the people behind the counter weren't very helpful i would stay again and was over all happy with my stay.

This was a good hotel to stay at if you will be traveling to the Disney parks. Location is very close and mini golf and great food is very close with out having to go to Disney property. Good for family stay. Expect A LOT of kids! Pool always jammed packed and way too heated to be considered refreshing for an adult but the kids will enjoy it. A/C leaked on the carpet which made it wet/musty in the corner, only major complaint but we barely spent time at the hotel, it was good for resting the a quick dip in the pool for the little one.

An older Florida style motel. Coffee,Micro, Fridge in the room. Clean, frendly staff. Close to most of the Orlando area attractions. We needed a place to stay where we could meet with family to go to the parks. Good basic room for the price but don't expect a lot of extras.

The room was adequate but nothing special. I was amazed that when I booked the room, one of the items listed was shuttle service to Universal Studios,Disney World, etc., however, when I checked in I was told that shuttle service to Disney was $10/pp and Universal Studios was $15/pp. The free shuttle was one of the reasons I booked there. Needless to say, this was disheartening. I did find that the Lynx bus system had a stop right in front of the hotel and stopped at the Magic Kingdom for $2. There bus system was great.

Garage didn't open but everything else was great.
Would be nice to have coffee filters, paper towels, guest shampoo & conditioner. Otherwise, quiet, clean and private.

Great location, Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. TV in each of the 3 bedrooms, nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court.
I would advice a GPS to help with driving to the various attractions

Nice looking room, but need lots of TLC. If you want wireless internet, this place is not for you. It keeps going back to the password page and makes you re-enter the user name and password time and time again. There also is nothing about an extra hotel charge, it is only $2.00 but is not included in the web page or confirmation,

If it wasn't for the helpful and extremely staff that (in my opinion) went out of their way for me, I probably wouldn't have had much positive to say. The ice machine was locked and wasn't accessible to me in the middle of the night when I needed ice and the fridge didn't work properly.

I didn't stay in much and when I did stay in it was ok. All I needed was a bed and shower and it filled that need while I wasn't out vacationing.
The front desk manager was available when I arrived at 1am to check-in and at 3am to check-out.
If you are expecting a lot from this place, don't bother. However, the location of the Hotel is very close to every theme park. I didn't have to use much of the gas in the car to get me places.

I had previously booked a room at other hotels and was incredibly disappointed. After talking with friends who swore by Hampton Inn, I booked a room here. I was very pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities offered and how comfortable the room was. I especially enjoyed that there was very spacious shower in our room, not a tiny tub and the water pressure was awesome. Will definitely stay in a Hapton Inn again when needed.

I stayed here one night while visiting some friends in st. cloud. The room was clean but when we tried to turn the heat on the smoke alarm went off. it was only a few seconds though. The staff was really cool and nice. They need to keep the stairs and maintenance areas free of debris and this place would be a great little bargain.

The room sizes are really incredible for the price. We were in building 1 which I was really pleased with. So many reviews said to stay away from the "older" buildings. It was great. Well maintained and clean. The only downside was the accompanying room (we had a two bedroom suite with full kitchen on one side and a kitchenette on the other) was the queen mattress in the smaller room was VERY saggy. Other than that it was perfect. We plan on returning and having a family reunion there.

We were pleased with the rooms and having the ability to have our kids on one side and my husband and I on another side to give us privacy. The ability to have the full use of a kitchen and laundry in both rooms was fantastic. We enjoyed having a jacuzzi bathtub as well. We were only a little disappointed with having to walk a long way to elevator from the room when the nearest exit to our room and where we wanted to park our vehicle so we could see it from the room was not accessible when coming back to the hotel in the evenings or upon arrival and carrying many bags with kids. Check out time was a little early at 10am but they accomodated us coming down a little later.
