It was perfect in many ways except that my bathroom ceiling leaked terribly when the guests above me took a shower. Then I had a flood in my bathroom, and it woke me up every morning with the water dripping. I would go back there if that got fixed.

My room was a nice suite, complete with a comfortable bed, seating area with sofa, flat-screen TV. Very spacious and clean. Great location extremely close to Metro. Friendly staff. Incredibly nice room and place for the value.

This hotel is situated very close to the Metro, grocery stores. Nice quiet neighborhood also. The staff was helpful. A good place to stay.

Georgetown Suites Harbour features 80 suites and is located across the street from the offices and restaurants of the Washington Harbour Complex on the Georgetown waterfront. Two of our three conference rooms are located in the Harbour Building. All Rates include free continental breakfast, free wireless internet, and free local calls. This building is completely nonsmoking.

1-Br. Suite resembled a cozy city apartment, with lots of closet space, 2 flat screen TVs, full kitchen with dishwasher & appliances. YOu could never get this space for the money in NYC. Toiletries from Bath 'n Body Works. The bed was really, really comfortable with super soft linens! Low-key, small hotel, yet so close to the shops of M St., the Potomac River/Washington Harbor area, and even the Kennedy Center, to which I walked with my 4-year-old. Parking conveniently in lower level of bldg. Breakfast was free and good - bagels, Yoplait yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, granola bars, cereal. The other guests I observed were families and other tourist types. Only complaint was faint cigarette smell in hallways despite No Smoking signs on room doors. Overall though, for the price (my 1-Br suite was $175) this place was perfect...if you need luxe, just walk 1/2 block up the street and pay $500+ p/night at the Four Seasons!

We stay at this motel frequently and have been very pleased with our past experiences. This visit was a bit diffenent . . .
1. Reserved a king size bed and got a queen sized bed.
2. The TV was so far away from the bed, you needed binoculars to see it. The TV reception was also bad.
3. The bottom sheet on the bed was too small and kept coming off - nice mattress pad.
On a positive note . . .
1. The room was clean and the maid service exceptional.
2. We ate at the restuarant most days and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service.
3. When we needed a ride to the airport, the motel provided this. We truly appreciated this service.
4. All of the employees were great.
5. Ice and soda were available on all floors - wonderful!

I upgraded at the Ritz Carlton, Georgetown on your website - $100 extra per night. The hotel had no record of the upgrade/pre-payment. They argued with me about it and didn't believe that I paid for any upgrade. I don't expect this at check-in. They gave me a regular room and not a suite. I had to print the itinerary to show them and then they still questioned me. I was not happy with the treatment from them or your inability to show them my upgrade.

Spacious all suite accommodations make it a pleasure to relax after a long day of business or touring the museums and monuments of Washington. Two-story Penthouses are available for those who need more space, and in most suites, the sofa can be converted into a queen-size bed for additional overnight guests. Two-line phones with dataport and voice mail, a small business center with high-speed Internet, and meeting facilities make staying in touch or staying productive amazingly simple.

Nice hotel, but A/C didn't work and we had to leave the windows open all night to get some air flow. They said they would adjust our rate to compensate, but did not.
