Clean room, in a decent section of Stamford

It's across the street from Barcelona (restaurant/bar) and we had a good-sized and clean room. The staff we're ok, although the valet service was pretty terrible. We were there for a wedding, and found that at least 3 of the 6 cars in our party were lost at some point during the 1 night stay. I would stay there again, but would call down to the valet about 30 minutes before I want to leave just to be safe.
The rooms with a terrace/ balcony look like they'd be a great time, and don't seem that much more expensive. Also, most rooms seem to have a mini fridge, and we brought our own refreshments for after the bars closed.

It was the perfect location, we were able to grab a bite right across from the hotel and not have to worry about spending money on a cab.
The staff was not the friendliest...but the rooms were beautiful & warm!

Hotel is recently renovated and in excellent condition.

the refurbishment has been excellent and the rooms very light and pleasant, great shower. All staff happy and helpfull. Only negative comment, the breakfast hot buffet food a bit on the cool side even at 07:30.

I was only in the Stamford area for one night. Due to last minute booking the hotel I normally stay was booked. For a one night stay I found the hotel, clean, orderly and the bed comfortable.
Breakfast left much to be desired. But for one night it met my needs.

My friends & I stayed for Jerry Springer. It was a clean room. The breakfast could've been better. Overall, I would stay there again. It was a really good deal.
