When I arrived to check in, I waited over 5 min for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. I did not get an apology. It is cheap but service to me is everything.

Hotel is old and in need of an update. Our room was "non-smoking", said so on the door, yet there was an ashtray in the room and holes in chairs and blanket from cigarettes. There was not a comfortable place on the mattress People were pleasant though and it was convenient for us. But if we travel to this area again, we'll try another hotel.

I had the best time. The staff was very polite and very helpful, rooms were clean and stocked well, very comfortable stay. The hotel was close to many different stores, restaurants and even had wonderful delivery. Access to computer, louge area, pool, exercise and breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed the stay.

This is a pleasant place to stay when visiting the Yale campus. It is only about 10 minutes southwest of New Haven and easily found off of the highway. The room was large and quiet, and the staff were very pleasant. Although there is a continental buffet for breakfast, it is rather sparse -- some sliced fruit, a few doughnuts, and juice or coffee. I would stay there again unless I were able to stay at the Omni, one block across the New Haven Green from the campus.

Easy check-in; easy check-out. My wife and I stayed with our three children and had no complaints. The rooms were very clean and room service was prompt and efficient. We took advantage of the continental breakfast on both mornings -- the fresh fruit was limited to just grapefruit and cantaloupe, but all in all a good value for the money.

We just needed a clean and safe place to spend a night on a car trip. This place was easy to find, the staff was helpful and check-in was quick, and we had a quiet night. Just what we needed!

It was alright, I was kind of scared to sleep in the bed, but I took the top blanket off and slept fine. The toilet broke halfway through the weekend, but other than that it was fine! I felt safe with the lock overnight.

I arrived late on a Friday - I was participating in an American Cancer Society Relay for Life in Milford that weekend... it took 5 mins to check in - the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's in a quiet area so you are not awaken by outside noises... The only thing I would have liked more of are TV stations to choose from - being an insomniac there wasn't much to view during the night except news stations which are what contribute to my insomnia

I was here to visit New Haven University with my daughter. The hotel was wonderful. The hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was helpful and very pleasant.
The hotel room was clean, and appeared to be recently updated.

overall the hotel was pretty good it's just that the floor was dirty and the bed was like a box spring. but if your cheap you'll deal with it. it's next to wendys and DD so it's ok. there is a truck stop right next door but they aren't that loud, you'll here more noise(construction) from the hotel staff than truckers. it's near the metro north and it's best if you have a car, milford transportation sucks.
