This Hotel is right off the highway, located in a business park it has the amenities to support the corporate offices locally in a high end fashion and is relatively quite and reasonable on the weekend. We have stayed here three times on our way to NH. I have also stayed in some nearby hotels that are equal in price but either less clean or have lower standards.

Our GPS had a hard time finding the hotel (it is in a business park and a bit isolated) but we found it and we were quite impressed with the amenities. The hotel is huge-we commented that we felt like we were on a cruise ship when we were walking through the halls. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We ordered room service twice and we were happy with the food and the service both times. We arrived fairly late at night and my teenaged daughter was thrilled to see that she could order a personal pizza from one of the restaurants. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. We would stay there again.

The rooms are very impressive---large bathroom and sitting/living are too! This hotel is central to everything---huge mall, highway close by, lots of restaurants, etc...It was the perfect stop post-family Christmas party to get some R&R and shopping done. The front desk people are not overly friendly but other than that, I'd highly recommend this hotel. The price is right!

Front desk was unattended for 20 minutes when we arrived. Didn't seem happy we booked through you. We wanted non smoking room--they said no mention of it.

We stayed at the Inn because we had a very early appointment at UConn Health Center the following morning so we weren't looking for activites and amenities that other travelers might be. The rooms were adequate, a little worn. The four poster beds were almost too big for the rooms. It was difficult to watch the TV around the posts. First floor rooms have a lot of noise from foot traffic on the second floor. The restaurant across the parking lot - Piccolo Arancio - is excellent. We have dined there many times and it was one of the determining factors for us to stay at the Farmington Inn.

First given a handicap room. There was no room to shower around the metal/wood apparatus. Then they sent us to a room with no working shower or towels. Then got moved to a room where the TV channels either had no sound or only had Spanish audio.
