I was charged by the hotel when I arrived and had to explain that I booked and paid through ORBITZ. I was again Charged when I checked out and had to go through it again. I am now trying to fix the charges to my Credit Card.

Requested a King Suite. Checked in and was sent to a King Suite that smelled strongly of smoke, in fact there was still an electronic air cleaner in the room on the floor. Informed the front desk that the room was unacceptable.
Went to the front desk for a different room. Front desk staff acknowledged the previous guests had smoked in the room (the entire property is non-smoking) and yet they still tried to sell us that room-how could they tell I was stupid from my online reservation? We were put in a 2-Queen suite, I was not happy.
The room was not made up properly each day-no paper at the door each morning and the staff entered our room several times with the do not disturb sign on the door.
Most times when entering or leaving the hotel from either the front or rear entrance had to walk through hotel employee’s smoke.
I was very disappointed with the entire experience!

Nice big room. Comfy bed. Room was very clean and Quite. Could not hear what was going on out my door. I Had booked room for 2 days was so nice Stayed an extra day. Free Wi-Fi, HBO. Had a good Choice of TV channels Which is hard to find in a hotel. Very accommodating. I was in town for a Wedding. Went back to my room and tried on The Tux and a button fell off. Was Very Nice that the hotel had a free sewing kit. I would have love you Used the Pool, Sauna, Hot tub, and fitness room because they all looked very Nice. Just Did not have the time.

Check in was very fast, very nice hotel staff. got into the room and it was very clean and nice which surprised me. the shower was pristine. my fiance and i had a great stay with breakfast each morning, not a big ordeal just ceral, eggs, and donughts. the normal stuff. the only down side was its right by i25 so a little noisy, but didnt bother us. overall nice stay

The location was super convienient (right by the interstate, a convenient store, Starbucks and multiple restaraunts)! Hot breakfast was out by 6:00 a.m. and the rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel staff was very friendly and curtious. We are planning on staying there again for our next clinical rotation..(we are nursing students)!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Cambria Suites Pueblo! We were close to our daughter and all the sights downtown. We were within walking to the wonderful Riverwalk. The staff was friendly and the hotel was wonderful. Very clean and quiet. The little extras were great. Bath and Bodyworks toilettries, comfy bed, extra pillows, and big screen TVs! Highly reccomend it.

Very outdated and in need of tlc

The hotel smelled bad from the moment we set foot in the lobby. The stairwells, were horrible smelling. We would literally hold our breath and run up them to our room. The pool restrooms, had large bugs in them and the door did not lock to the ladies room. The hot tub didn't work, the indoor pool was not heated. The breakfast was very minimal.

The term "roach motel" works

Well the girl at the front was the only good experience, that and the fact that they take pets. The transvestite hooking out in front of my room was one for the books, the old guy 4 doors down stalking my dog was an interesting one, and the king size spider in my tub made it a night to remember as he was too big to wash down the drain. I think they have a side business growing those things.

The cleanliness of this property was very disappointing. The room had been recently painted and carpeted but was not clean. Sink was cracked, tub was stained. Windows were dirty. Public areas were very dirty with crumbling concrete in many places. However, the bed was comfortable. The desk clerk very helpful. Best feature of this property was its sign! Would be willing to spend a few more bucks to get a clean room somewhere else.

We were just passing through, but were very impressed with the quality and comfort of the room and facilities. The decor was more upscale than most hotels in the price range and there were lots of fun things (games, swimming, etc.) to do if we were staying longer than overnight. Kind of Odd Point between Major Cities

The room was small and not exactly the perfect clean room, but was an okay room for just staying over night. The city environment where the motel was located was just a small motel area right off the highway and there was not much to do there.

You get what you pay for. Visiting daughter at college for the night. We booked a non-smoking room that had a non-smoking sticker on the window, but smelled like cigarette smoke and had an ashtray on the night stand. Smallest room and shower I have ever seen in a motel. No clock, TV didn't get most channels, "smears" on the bathroom walls. No shampoo/conditioner/kleenex. Towels smelled musty. Won't stay again. Front office staff was pleasant.

I enjoyed the trip everyone was Respectfull and i felt like home but the only thing i didnt like is that the pool closed at Ten, sadly that was about the time i went back to the hotel and i wanted to rest and get on the hot tube but i couldn't otherwise i enjoyed the hotel. also the location was good cause there were food services close by.

I expected more from this hotel. When we arrived for a late checkin the staff was curtious and polite and we had no wait to get our room. However, when we got to our room we were hit with a strong sent of air freshener. It was so strong that it gave us headaches. We opened the window in hopes of airing the place out. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was very small. There wasn't a tub but just an upright shower. The shower pressure was very good. There wasn't a regular door on the bathroom, but a sliding door like what you would find in a mobile home. We left for awhile to let the room air out, but when we got back it was still too strong so we asked for another room. They were happy to do so, but the same stonge scent, small bed, small bathroom, were in this room too. The pool was very small, but the hot tub was fairly large. We stayed three days at the hotel, but I don't think we will stay there again.

We were disappointed that the rooms did not have refrigerator or microwave. Ad we read said they did, but desk person said that was only in suites, and we had just a room.
Rooms were a bit small, but very clean. Loved the bed linens!

Can't complain about anything. We were traveling and needed a stop over. It was clean, near the highway, had a pool, and free breakfast.

It was a very nice stay. I always enjoy the contenential breakfast, they could have had a better one, but it was alright.

Comfortable and clean

My husband and I were travelling to Santa Fe and booked this hotel for a one nighter. It was easy to locate off the highway and convenient to a large mall and many restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly decent, with fresh omelets and waffles.
