Stay for the peace & quiet.

Great location to scout properties in Boulder-Larimer Counties. Also well situated for off-site dining. We happened to be visiting over same days as scores of early teenagers for some church-related get-together in Longmont. While they were well behaved for the most part, we still appreciated getting a room in the hotel's Executive Wing, with restricted access to ensure a quiet stay. MUCH appreciated!

We went to visit family in Longmont. This is a great place to stay if your planning on sleeping and doing things around Longmont. Across from the Walmart, fast food and grocery store. Easy to find off the main highway. Great for our needs wouldn't,t recommend for a couple looking for alone time though- great price!

I think that since the economy has gotten out of hand with the new President, so has the luxary of motels and makes trips blaaa! Is it that hard to keep traveling and fun? To keep fun up on traveling and combining a "little" Luxary? I think if owners want to keep up or put travelers coming they sure ought to give something to the public to bring spending back into the economy.

Stayed here for business in Longmont and Lafayette. The hotel is new and clean, breakfast is fine, and the wifi is fast. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including Oskar Blues. The trip to and from DEN is pretty direct.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was average. Room was clean and spacious. Wireless Internet was free and somewhat slow, but not too bad.
Outback restaurant was across the parking lot and very friendly staff--also deliver for late arrivals who don't have vehicles.

This was a short over night trip. We did not intend to spend alot of time or see the sites. The room was very quiet and clean. The description that was given online, along with directions were right on. We will stay here again next time we are in Longmont.

We attended our daughter's wedding. The hotel was wonderful, clean and a relaxing place to come to after sightseeing around nearby counties. This was our third time we stayed at this hotel. Only irritant was a train passing by early in the morning. The staff were very friendly, prompt and courteous.

Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for staff to appear to check us in. Check in time on conformation was one hour earlier than actual time. Room assigned was not ready. However, the stay was enjoyable and the location was great as was the price.

The Super 8 Motel - Longmont/Del Camino was adequate. That is to say it was a place to sleep and that is it. It was a simple no frills room not even an ink pen or note paper for the convenience of guests. The room was quite small and in my opinion filthy. The location was prime and the only reason I would ever stay there or recommend it to anyone. It was within walking distance to several fast food places and a few restaurants. It is conveniently located near the interstate and within a short distance to Denver without having to stay in the city. Can't say enough about the location--It is AWESOME if you want to stay away from the hustle of the city and yet be close enough to do everything--Fine Dining Shopping and Site seeing. Upon arriving at the hotel and entering the room, the first thing I noticed when going to hang up my clothing was that there was yuck on the wall This yuck was of an indeterminate nature I prefer not to think about what it may have been. I asked house keeping to come clean it off they graciously complied but in cleaning off that spot it revealed the true dinginess of the room for now there was one clean spot in the whole room. This room needed a fresh coat of paint and a little TLC. The bathroom was clean enough to use but was also in need of some TLC, I noticed molding around the floor coming loose. The towels were not the very best nor were they adequate for the number of guests in the room. In fact, on our final night at the hotel the towels were nearly thread bare and they only provided three bath towels for a room with 4 adult guests. The complimentary breakfast was, again, adequate. They offered muffins, bagels and waffles. Beverages were coffee, tea and orange juice. However, I recommend that you get there early. It was not kept stocked and it was taken down early (9:30 AM when they said they served til 10 AM). The cream cheese that they served with the bagels was a communal tub (not very sanitary if you saw some of the other guests.) It would have been nice if they had offered fruit, cereal, yogurt and milk in addition to their other offerings as is typical of most complimentary breakfasts I've enjoyed at other locations and if they had kept it stocked. I don't have 10 minutes to wait for coffee to brew. On a more positive note, the staff at our check in was wonderful; kind, cheerful and knowledgeable; a true asset to this hotel.

The room was ready by the time I arrived (early evening) and I stayed two nights. I was not fond of the fact that they photocopied my driver's license but whatever. I requested to stay in an upstairs room because others mentioned the attached bar could get noisy. I stayed on the same side but opposite end as the bar. I could smell smoke because I was at the end unit by the stairs leading to the exit door to where there was a smoking waste container. Not bad but noticeable for someone sensitive to that type of thing. the wi-fi requires a password but I didn't bother to call down to get one so I can't say how well it works but the signal was strong from inside my room. The tub tiling was caulked as a hodge-podge grouting alternative and resulted in a not-very clean looking tub. The in room temperature is controlled by a large heat/AC unit attached to the exterior wall and functioned adequately. Room was tidied and fresh towels and soap were placed after the first night. Not much to the "Continental Breakfast". Toast with a large tub of margarine and butter knife, prepackaged (but pre-unwrapped) muffins and a waffle iron that wasn't hot on either day I went to use it. Carb lover's delight. Coffee was hot the first morning at 7 but was still brewing at 6:45 the second morning. Tasted good though.
Despite the inconveniences, it was priced well and I will continue to stay here again and again if I need to but not with my family. I did not feel unsafe as others claimed but I just think my family would prefer something a little nicer.

When I read the reviews on this room I really didn't want to stay there. I think this motel got a bad rap. It was not all that bad. I stayed on the second floor, and the room was what I needed for one nite. Clean linen and towels. If you are not too picky give it a try.

I traveled to Longmont to see my new grandchild along with my other 2 grandchildren. I took my mother with me as she had not seen the newborn either. The hotel was okay , nothing spectacular. I found the hotel prices in that area were fairly steep. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel had a very nice continental breakfast which was stocked constantly. I really didn't spend a lot of time there as I was with family most of the 4 days I was there.

When we arrived, the staff that checked us in was very polite. The rooms were clean. The only problem we had was at 8:30 the next morning the maids were slamming doors and yelling at eachother down the halls, it was very hard to continue to sleep.

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.

The outside is very nice in fact the desk clerk said it was only 3 years old. when we checked in they gave us a checklist ( just like when you rent a car. ) we had to go to our room and check everything off the list they provided that we thought looked damaged or in bad shape. because if we didn't and they saw something that they thought looked like we damaged it we would not only be charged for the damage and we wouldn't get our mandatory 100.00 security deposit back.
They also only gave us (1) roll of toilet paper for the week! we had to buy our own after that. They gave us (2) towels (2) washcloths and (1) bath mat and if we wanted fresh towels we had to pay $7.00 for the week so we could exchange our used for laundered. without the $7.00 we would have had to re-use our towels for the whole week. and last but not least... the desk is only open from 9 to 6 m-f 10-5 on sat. and closed on sundays. they give you an after hours number but they never answer that line.
Don't get me wrong the place is good for the right circumstance but not for a vacationing family.
