Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable as well. Bathroom was roomy and well stocked with clean towels. Continental Breakfast offered a very limited selection but had good coffee.

All in all this hotel met our needs and then some for the cost. The positives were; it was quiet even when fully booked; free breakfast; adjustable shower head (we're tall); refridgerator / microwave; and the location. The only negatives I would have is the bathroom is on the small side and there's no elevator for the 2nd floor. However, there is no question my wife and I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will visit again in the future.

Check in was a bit slow,but after that a great stay. Thought it might be noisy, but never heard a thing all night. The cont. breakfast was some above avg. I have had much better,but good enough to get going. My wife and I both loved the pillows. The separate bath/shower in our room was on the cramped side-not enough room to put the rug mat down and still open the door. would stay again

From housekeeping to the front desk staff to the AM breakfast attendant in the Executive Lounge, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I am accustomed to staying at larger full service hotels however, for being a smaller property, it wasn't bad for the price and central location to where I needed to be. I will absolutely without a doubt stay here again!

The staff at check-in were very accomodating/nice allowing us to check-in early. The room was shabby in appearance but had all the necessities. The couch was worn and uncomfortable, the TV was very small. We didn't use the kitchen area and the bath was okay though it only had two small bars of soap. Not a great night out but it fit our need for the evening.

fitness center had only cardio equipment, spa was green, location was close to freeway access, internet access was free, cable t.v. was limited although movies were available, had nice half court for basketball, kitchen was well appointed with appliances and full sized refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, room/maid service very accomodating to our unusual schedule

We visited relatives in the area. I was very pleased to know that this was a pet friendly hotel. We visited the same hotel 10 years ago and there were no restaurants in the area at that time, and was pleased to see that there were places to dine that was a short walk.

Very nice hotel. I loved having two tv's... one for the bedroom, and one for the sitting area. The room was clean and very comfortable. They had a great breakfast layout in the morning.

The room was spacious and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The exercise room was quite inadequate, the machines did not work, the display units to make them function properly were either missing or non-usable. That was a hugh dissappointment especially, considering the location - no place obvious to get out and walk or run on trails? Really needed the workout that was impossible to do. The check-in front desk clerk was friendly and considerate, we really appreciated her attitude...compliments to her and the early morning staff.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the amenities were well maintained. Unfortunately you have to pay for your breakfast. Either a la carte or buffey style. Free coffee through out the day. No bar in the hotel. If visiting Lakewood this hotel is in a good location. I noticed some rooms have balcanies. This was not advertised so if you want to open a window or have a smoke with out going all the way outside you may want to request one in advance.
