The overall experience was great. there are a few areas that can be worked on like more plates, cups, fors, knives, spoons. More then just two things of coffee if you are staying longer. You could supply the dish soap and sponge

Was there with my wife for 1 night. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff was respectful and nice. Great breakfast and they also have a breakfast bag for those on the go. Hotel is on Union Blvd, next to restaurants and cafes.

Everyone was friendly and nice. We stayed a week and each time we came through the door some nice happy person was there to greet us. Everyone at the hotel made us feel at home. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the cookies during the evening were delicious.

We stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre - about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Check in was easy and staff was extremely friendly. Room was well taken care of. Certainly worth the value if you have a reason to be in that corner of town.

Our stay at this hotel was great. We had to attend a wedding that was about 90 miles west of Denver so staying in Lakewood made perfect sense. The location is ideal if you are looking for something right off the interstate and a little outside of the city. If you are wanting to stay closer to Denver you might want to stay somewhere else. Other than that, everything about this hotel was great from the room itself, to the staff, to the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at check-in were very accomodating/nice allowing us to check-in early. The room was shabby in appearance but had all the necessities. The couch was worn and uncomfortable, the TV was very small. We didn't use the kitchen area and the bath was okay though it only had two small bars of soap. Not a great night out but it fit our need for the evening.

From housekeeping to the front desk staff to the AM breakfast attendant in the Executive Lounge, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I am accustomed to staying at larger full service hotels however, for being a smaller property, it wasn't bad for the price and central location to where I needed to be. I will absolutely without a doubt stay here again!

"Nice Stay in a Neighborhood Setting"

This was a very nice hotel in a quiet location. It's very clean and was quiet the evening we were there. Only 2 small glitches: the key cards would not open the outside door to get into the hotel after the first use, and the refrigerator made a noise when it stopped running. These were definitely not a big deal in my book. I would stay there again. It was a very pleasant stay.

We have stayed at Homewood Suites across the country and this one was below standard. The room safe didnt work, toliet didnt work the first night, wall paper peeling in the bathroom, elevators worked on and off for the two weeks we were there, it took 6 hours to get towels, rooms not cleaned until 3 pm on average. The night and weekkend staff were unresponsive to complaints, but day manager and maintenance manager worked very hard. Pool is incredibly small it is not full size (not good for kids) We will not stay here again, there are better values for the money.

fitness center had only cardio equipment, spa was green, location was close to freeway access, internet access was free, cable t.v. was limited although movies were available, had nice half court for basketball, kitchen was well appointed with appliances and full sized refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, room/maid service very accomodating to our unusual schedule

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the amenities were well maintained. Unfortunately you have to pay for your breakfast. Either a la carte or buffey style. Free coffee through out the day. No bar in the hotel. If visiting Lakewood this hotel is in a good location. I noticed some rooms have balcanies. This was not advertised so if you want to open a window or have a smoke with out going all the way outside you may want to request one in advance.

Overall nice for the money. My room was cooler then I would keep it and the thermostat was disabled. Im sure so they can keep heat costs down. Breakfast was a great thing but they had some kind of fake processed eggs that were really bad!! I guess what should I expect for free? Staff was always very nice and takes great care of guests. Recommend offering soome kind of food option for lunch and dinner and maybe beer and wine.

We visited relatives in the area. I was very pleased to know that this was a pet friendly hotel. We visited the same hotel 10 years ago and there were no restaurants in the area at that time, and was pleased to see that there were places to dine that was a short walk.

The first night was a bit noisy due to mechanical or plumbing troubles. The second night was quiet so I guess they fixed the problems. The room smelled a bit of smoke, but was designated a no smoking room.

Very nice hotel. I loved having two tv's... one for the bedroom, and one for the sitting area. The room was clean and very comfortable. They had a great breakfast layout in the morning.

The room was spacious and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The exercise room was quite inadequate, the machines did not work, the display units to make them function properly were either missing or non-usable. That was a hugh dissappointment especially, considering the location - no place obvious to get out and walk or run on trails? Really needed the workout that was impossible to do. The check-in front desk clerk was friendly and considerate, we really appreciated her attitude...compliments to her and the early morning staff.

Good service, clean room, wifi works well, smoke free room is exactly that. I have stayed at this location several times and it's more than decent.
