This hotel is a great value when staying in Fort Collins. I wouldn't want to do much more than have breakfast and scoot off, but for that, this place is just fine. My room was spacious and clean. Everything was in good working order. The only thing that I found lacking was the entertainment system. Unable to watch HBO or rent movies, if that's your thing. Did not check their internet access but I had not trouble using the computer in the lobby. Didn't get in the pool but it looked clean. Would definitely stay there again

The room was adequate, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hallways upon entry smelled a bit musty but not overwhelmingly so.

We found the hotel to be comfortable, good location for shopping and places to eat. Beds were comfort. Pool was a little chilly, shallow end was a little to deep for the younger children to stand up in and play. But they still had a great time, bring floaties. Our room was clean and had no problems checking in early. We came just for a quick stay to take our granddaughter home till after thanksgiving. Cost for the stay was reasonable. I'd do it again.

Once we found the hotel, everything was first rate. The staff was friendly and courtious. I was amazed at how large the room was. It was very clean and comfortable, included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, ironing board, and iron. The bed was really comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed a full breakfast, which was very nice since he can't have bread or gluten products. I definitely would stay here again.

Stayed here with my wife for a weekend getaway. The staff was pleasant, room was clean and comfy, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The balcony off of our room was a nice touch. The only complaint is our bathroom light kept flickering off and on.

This would have been really nice except for the ordeal of loading and unloading. The hotel is an older one but renovated. It had all of the amenities I look for i. e. : King size bed, indoor pool, mini frig and microwave, work out room, and hot breakfast. It even had a nice firm bed which was really nice. It was clean and the quiet enough even though the place was completely booked. However I have an oxygen concentrator that has never been a problem before. It's heavy but on wheels but this place didn't have an elevator and even though you book and pay for a room well in advance they assign rooms based on when you arrive so we were up stairs and a long walk from everything. It made the whole thing way to much work and bother to really be a relaxing trip and it's not like I could simply skip breathing for a night or two. I guess the bottom line is I would recommend it unless you, like me entail bringing a lot equipment to keep you healthy. Oh and one more word of warning that was the coldest "heated pool" I have ever been in.

We stayed here on short notice because it was the cheapest option. The room was clean, but our nonsmoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, it was noisy, and the bed was uncomfortable. I'd try somewhere else.

Over-all, good. Little things that are very minor annoyances: Bathroom door that will not say where it's positioned (wants to swing partly open), sink drain plug that will not stay closed. We wanted to get away even though we live nearby. The hotel had a nice small pool and hot tub.It was located within walking distance from our favorite restaurant so it was a real romantic overnight for Valentine's Day. It would have been a little better if the bathroom had a retractable clothes line for the wet bathing suits but other than that the room was comfortable and quiet.

Room was nice and bed/pillows was very, very comfortable. Too bad they don't have a free breakfast, but one is available. Location is very good if you want to be by newer southeast Fort Collins. I wanted to be closer to northwest, hence the lower score for that. But lots of great shopping near by if that is what you are looking for.

Great location in Old Town

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. It was not a new place, but it was updated. My only complaint was the small window in the shower, which had to be open because the bathroom got too hot otherwise. The pool and hot tub were very nice. It's right across from the college if you need to be close to there and it's not too far from Old Town - a short drive or bike ride, or a nice walk.

All of our rooms offer a relaxing nights sleep after a long day of travel or touring. During the summer months, our heated outdoor pool is open. We were visiting CSU.Place was clean,tiny lobby,breakfast wasn't worth getting up for. 'Workout room' was a joke. Outdoor 'heated pool' was cold. Old TV no DVD player or Pay-per-view.

VERY PLEASED WITH THIS ROOM AND HOTEL. We stayed 3 nights. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the room decor and the full kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a little market in lobby which is very convenient. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Beds were not as comfortable as I like but decent. Breakfast was good. More selection would have been nice but there were the basics: eggs, fruit, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast etc.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was hot, and the location and staff were wonderful...
The ability to stock your own fridge and cook and have ice in the room helped to make this the best hotel experience we have had in years!

went on CSU graduation weekend and it was chaos. treid to check in one hour early they refused, but I did check to see they had my reservation, After graduation tried to check in and only had room with wrong bed available and smelled like smoke, was dirty, sink stopper didn't work and blanket ripped. gave me a new key to another room but there were already people sleeping in there. On top of that they forgot to give me my driver's license back, changed shift and then couldn't find it. Manager eventually found it and changed our room the next night . overall...never again

This is not a 3 star rated facility. Three stars made us feel okay about booking in the first place. We stayed 15 minutes in our room and that time was spent looking for somewhere else to stay. It is in such disrepair and should be shut down until the up grades to the structure, furniture, pool, floors, doors and walls are complete.
