The Peak to Peak Lodge is a lovely alpine resort nestled high in the Rocky Mountains offering 24 rooms that very in size. You may choose from a standard room with one full-double bed queen king or a two-room family unit with kitchenette. All ours rooms are clean and comfortable with a cable television and direct dial telephones and air conditioning. Most our rooms are non-smoking. Our property is very near the 18 hole golf course fair grounds and walking distance to good restaurants. Many other attractions are nearby. An entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park is only 5 miles away.

Hidden GEM in Estes Park

Convenient, clean, COMFORTABLE, and an incredibly helpful staff made our stay here remarkably enjoyable. Room was VERY comfortable, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a lovely balcony and for the price you just can't get a better value for your money. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and the staff made it ESPECIALLY wonderful with their fantastic "local" recommendations of sights and travels for maximum enjoyment. Will DEFINITELY stay here again next time I'm up there!!

The Peak to Peak Lodge was just what we were looking for on our one night stay in Estes Park. The room and grounds were extremely clean and the location provided easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park without dealing with the downtown traffic.

We frequently visit Estes Park for short mini-vacations (hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park) and have found that the hotel offers some of the best quality lodging in the area. The key for best price is to book ahead on-line for a non-refundable price. A note: the hotel is no longer part of the Holiday Inn chain (as of early 2011) but an independently owned facility.

I give the Rocky mountain Inn 5 stars for 2 reasons.. Management is trying a new concept of checkout in the winter being 1PM. That is wonderful because they have the warmest pool we have ever been in that was heated. They keep it at 86 degrees, with a Jacuzzi near by, and a fitness room at the same location. All together, this makes the 1PM checkout a blessing, so for these 2 reasons, I give the Rocky Mountain Inn 5 stars.

The onsite pool operates seasonally and is closed between October 16 and May 25.

70$ studio for one night for my girlfriend an I, very clean room and bathroom. Mini fridge, small stove and microwave, newer TV and an alright bed. Great view of Estes and very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Room was slightly warm but opened the windows and fans made it just fine.
Will be my go to for stays in the area! Staff was very nice and helpful with directions.

The highlight of this geat spot with unsurpassed views from anywhere on the property was "hanging outwith the owner [...] and his wife [...] by the pool.They were more than gracious hosts who really enjoy people having a nice, relaxed time.Nicely decorated rooms as well as spacious (we were room 17A. very close to the pool, below the main lodge.

Marys Lake Lodge was about the worst travel experience of my life, even compared to many third world countries where I've been. The plumbing, heating and TV did not work in my room. The restaurant was closed to bad plumbing, so I had to eat in the Tavern, which was fine if I wasn't surrounded by sleezy drunks. I will never go back to Marys Lake Lodge again. There are other places in Estes Park with a better view of the mountains and more caring staff.

The rooms were too hot.

Since the hotel is not air conditioned, the rooms were hot and even hot in the hotel lobby and gift shop. Sitting out on the big front porch is wonderful and it is a beautiful hotel. Just couldn't sleep, since our room was too hot, even with 2 fans and the window open. I called the front desk, but they were not any help.

Great experience at least one, to see spectacular views of the Rockies, learn the history of the hotel, look for ghosts. Normally creaky floors would bother me but they fit in perfectly here.

This place is pleasant and the staff are friendly. It could do with a bit of refurbishing, but it's generally OK. My room looked out at some pine trees, and there's a pretty impressive view of Long's Peak from the rooms on the front of the hotel.

Just what we needed for one night!

The hotel is not classy by any means, but it worked perfectly as a one night stay before my group embarked on a one week backpacking trip in Estes Park. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable enough for my group.
The ceiling in the shower and shower head were pretty low, at 5'7'' I had to bend down a little to get under the shower head. But like I said, it was just what we needed for a one night stay. The value was great.
We were able to cross the street (wish there was a crosswalk) to eat at a decent Mexican restaurant called the Grumpy Gringo and to a great liquor store called Rambo's. Safeway grocery store was nearby, but we had to drive a short ways - not walking distance. The main "downtown" area of Estes Park where the shops are is also not within walking distance, you have to drive, but we weren't interested in that area anyway.
There was no one at the desk when we were leaving. The room was already paid for so I didn't really need to check out, but it would have been nice if someone was at the desk to leave the keys with. Staff was not bad, just not very friendly.
I would stay there again.

I had never been to Estes Park before, so I was unsure where to stay. I had also never stayed with Comfort Inn before. But, the room was clean, the folks at the front desk were friendly and the location was right on the main road heading into town (and the Park). If I'm in Estes Park again, I will definitely stay here again. I used the business center and the fridge in my room - both were very welcome.

$140 for an EconoLodge room? Really? Beds were made of concrete, room was straight from the 60's, including the carpet. Airco had two settings: Snow and Hades. Breakfast consisted of ancient cereal and rock hard bagels. Normally, this is a $45 room at any other time of the year except for festival weekend, when they jack up the price 3x what it is normally. If it had cost $45, I might be less upset, but regardless of price it was not worth missing a day of work because my back was completely trashed from the plywood bed. Don't stay here, especially during the Scottish Festival

Estes Park is a nice town in Colorado, conveniently located near the Rocky Mountain National park. I visited there during the low season, late winter/spring. There are lot of hotel choices around here. Most hotels are available. This hotel was the cheapest choice and provided basic services for all you need. The hotel is located outside of the downtown area. However, it's a short drive to downtown anyway. It should not be your concern at all. I did not use the pool because it's closed in the winter. I was too tired to use the hot tub as well. By the way, there were elks walking around, adding to my surprise visit.

This place is completely run down and should only be considered if nothing else is available.No attempt at making the customer welcome and generally inhospitable reception. We were charged more per night at this dump than other places we stayed in Estes Park which were far superior.It is fairly well located and has a good view from the front of the motel but that's all it has going for it.

This is a rundown establishment!! No air conditioner, ceiling fan made knocking sound, no coffee pot, and electrical outlet pulled out of wall when I unpluged electric device. Smoke detector had no cover and I don't know if it even worked. Do not stay at this motel!! This was rated 3 stars. BIG JOKE!!!I would give it less than one star, but I don't have that choice!

Old motel, nothing fancy, musty smell, OK just for sleeping but not hanging out. Not worth the price but we were stuck for a place on a sold out weekend.

This is a very basic facility that would serve the needs of travelers who don't require amenities. The layout is a throw-back to the 1950s: a group of rooms with exterior entrances (no interior hallways) facing a central court. The Orbitz posting said there was air conditioning; our room had none. Breakfast is simple (donuts and muffins apprently purchased from a local grocer. The toilet handle was labeled "Hold down for 5 seconds." You get the idea. Nothing fancy, but it was clean.
Those looking for a honeymoon suite won't find it here, but travelers who can get by on a simple, clean room will find it acceptable.

Located at the south entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and only 1.5 west of downtown Estes Park you are less than 10 minutes from a visit to the Park or a shopping trip. Property pet-free & all rooms are non-smoking with AC, refrig, micro and coffee pot, free wifi. Exceptionally clean lodging, mountain views, customized hiking info, pool, and excellent food. Sixteen rooms have private balconies for your personal viewing pleasure while enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning or star-gazing at night. The office balcony and patio are open to all of our guests. Check out the grand views of 8 peaks over 12000' high that can be enjoyed from Alpine Trail Ridge Inn. Our outdoor pool, open May 20 to September 15 is heated to 84 degrees. Parking is available at the doors of all but seven rooms which have designated parking close to the rooms. Two hard-wired computers and printers are available in the office for guest use, along with copier and fax machine. The Sundeck Restaurant, on property, specializes in Fresh Colorado Trout and Prime Rib and has a kids menu. It is frequented by locals as well as visitors, due to the quality of the food and service. Alpine Trail Ridge Inn and the Sundeck Restaurant have been independently owned and operated for over 50 years. Guests return year after year because they always find a welcoming staff, excellent food, and comfortable, immaculate lodging. We believe some things should never change! Guests at Alpine Trail Ridge Inn comment daily about the comfort of their rooms and how pleased they are with their stay. Jay and Fran Grooters have managed the property for 33 years, and personally strive to insure that you will experience individualized care and exceptional lodging value, all the elements for a memorable vacation.

Great little motel, very friendly staff, and nice location. No cell phone coverage (Verizon), but that's not their fault. The walls are a little thin, but that's the only quibble we had. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Wonderful Romantic Getaway

Great location right on the Fall River. Every room is angled so that the patio and bedroom looks out toward the river. It's quiet and peaceful, so convenient to have a kitchen so you don't have to go out to eat, and Safeway is only a few minute drive down the road. The cabin has a vcr and dvd player, fireplace and huge bathroom. The couple's jacuzzi tub is extremely relaxing and they even have candles set up on the ledge. It was a perfect romantic getaway, we'll definitely be back. It was definitely worth the extra $50 night over just a "room" in a hotel.

My fiancé and I spent the night in one of their cabins on valentines day. The best part was the jacuzzi tub right next to windows overlooking beautiful scenery! This is a great place to get away from the bustle of Denver and relax. The cabins included dishes and utensils which made packing easy and convienent for a night in. Overall it was a wonderful place! The only thing I disliked was that they didn't allow pets, which would defer travelers looking to stay longer than we did.

Front desk hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. No children, 1 pet allowed in Morning Glory room only. Romantic RiverSong, an Estes Park, Colorado bed and breakfast, offers everything you could wish for from a last minute getaway decision to a longer vacation or holiday lodging.
You will discover this mountain Craftsman-style inn just outside of the small mountain village of Estes Park in beautiful Colorado. Designated as a private wildlife habitat the area is filled with a tumbling mountain stream, ponds ringed with lapis blue irises, hiking trails, and tree swings. The melting snowfields of the Continental Divide provide the crystal clear tumbling waters for our mountain stream, and that becomes the background for couples who are seeking a small intimate wedding or a relaxing couples massage streamside. At night, you are lulled to sleep by the melody of our Rivers Song.
The inn has a mix of lodging from lodge guest rooms to outside fireplace cottages. The rooms have flair and elegance, yet they are private and comfortable. Cozy bed comforters and a crackling fire keep out the night chill. There are only 10 guest rooms, all named after wildflowers like Indian Paintbrush or Mountain Rose. All rooms have fireplaces, and many have jetted tubs for two.
Food and hospitality are what make up Romantic RiverSong. Morning breakfast entrees have names like John Wayne casserole with Happy Trail muffins or Mountain Man French toast and Irish Potato Pancakes. They are but a few of 30 different breakfast possibilities.
In the evening after a great day hiking, guests may opt for a fireside candlelight dinner prepared by our chef of over 22 years. White lace linen, bone china, silver service, soft jazz in the background, and a crackling fire provide the setting for a delicious five-course dinner.
Our secluded luxury will bring you here, but its our hospitality that will bring you back again and again.
