The hotel on Briargate Parkway is located across from a shopping mall with some good restaurants. It is also very close to the Air Force Academy. We found that most of the visitor attractions were easily accessible from this location. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast was great!

We stay in the Springs several times a year and usually try to use the Drury. For the $$ they are very hard to beat - clean, nice breakfast and close to USAFA.

The staff along with the accommodations and the setting of the Broadmoor make it one of the best destination points in the west.
You will not regret the decision to stay here.
The geese, ducks, swans and occasional deer on the property are an added benefit for the children to see.
Take advantage of the free movie theater as well.

My reservation was lost by the hotel. It took the clerk 45 minutes to resolve this issue. The Internet service is sporadic and keeps timing out. I need this service for my school work while I stay at the motel. The clerk told me this issue has been a problem for two months. They need to get it fixed. Bed was comfortable and room was large/clean.

The hotel was clean, the staff was "just doing their job". No one went out of there way to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing like the pictures. There was no waffles, no fruit and very little to eat. The air conditioner was very noisey.

Our stay was a total of three nights. After the first night, the cleaning staff would remove the dirty linens and did not remember to replace them. Otherwise very quiet, clean and all staff welcoming and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again. We spent our days exploring the local attractions in fantastic weather.

Without exception, the staff was friendly helpful, and genuine. I particularly enjoyed meeting Troy at the front desk; he is an excellent ambassador for Hilton. Troy took the initiative to upgrade our room without being asked . Sunday brunch was wonderful, from the service to the quality and variety of food. And the view is spectacular, Pike's Peak soaring right outside our window!

THE HOWARD JOHNSON EXPRESS INN WAS CLEAN, NOTHING FANCY. IT WAS A GOOD VALUE FOR ITS PURPOSE WHICH WAS TO SHOWER AND SLEEP. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING AND FRIENDLY.

We stayed at the Doubletree in Colorado Springs. It was a great location, close to all of the "hot spots" that we wanted to go to. The beds were extremely comfortable. We love the chocolate chip cookies too!

The room was as promised. The a/c was out of order. Even though it was late November, the room was 74 degrees and too hot to sleep. The staff brought in a fan and we opened the slider. Breakfast was great.

Okay hotel, poor service

I was staying just one night because I had an early flight the next morning. When I went to check in I was informed the shuttle was not running due to 'mechanical issues' and they weren't sure if it would be back up and running in time to get me to the airport. The man who checked me in was very rude and rushed me through it. He also offered no help for arranging a ride to the airport. He just grunted when I asked if that meant I would have to take a cab. The hotel room itself was average. Nothing special but it was clean and I slept well on the bed so I can't complain about the room, just the service.

The hotel was newely remodeled. Neat and clean my only complaint is the continental breakfast only has muffins, and cereal, and the Pool was ridiculously small, and you had to go outside across a breezeway to get to it, in a seperate building...not great in the winter months...and wind. =(

5 day stay - came for family wedding and got in site seeing at the Peak, Royal Gorge and Airforce Academy-- La Quinta situated close to all! The rooms were Large- in fact larger than the Hilton Antler my sister stayed at. One improvement would be to have queen beds---all their rooms are only full size.

the place is great! so is the bar and food! good amenities! but if you have several bags don't count on the service to help you with them. you apparently need to get your own bag cart also. they also like to charge you for random items you didn't purchase. so watch your statements and give them a phone call and hopefully they'll take care of it for you!

This hotel was nice and cheep, the staff was really friendly and helpful and the beds were super comfy! It is located right by one of the highways so it is easy to get to other locations in Colorado Springs.

I would absolutely stay here. The value is incredible for the location and the amenities. Room was very clean, quiet. It was nice to relax in the pool and hot tub after a long day of work. My only wish: a small refrigerator.

Desk clerk gave us a friendly welcome when we entered the lobby.
We were only here over night becuase we attended the Balloon Classic on Labor day. My family enjoyed the indoor pool after an afternoon out sight seeing and dinner at the Cracker Barrell.
We REALLY would have appreciated a separate dvd player! We rented 2 movies for late night viewing and I forgot to pack my laptop. Conveniently close to I 25, restaurants, Cave of the Winds, etc. Clean.

Great lodging! Good location with easy access to most CoSpgs tourist activities as well as I-25 for fast trips to downtown or even Denver. Close to good eating establishments. Excellent customer service.

I like the hotel I stayed there on previous trips. They have a terrific breakfast buffet for guest, however because I booked through cheap tickets I was not entitled to the breakfast. That was my only disappointment. The exercise room was upgraded, the pool and hot tub was excellent.The staff was accommodating and helpful.

This is the second time I have stayed at a Radisson Hotel, and experianced the same level of awesome customer service as before. The room was pretty good, but the great customer service, and excelent service at the hotel restruant made it an overall great experiance.

Classic Hampton inn

As always a great hotel to stay in when traveling. The staff is friendly and respectful. The breakfast is basic and well done. The room is quiet and has the basics with free wifi. The location is great if you want to be close to the airport but access is good even if want to see the other sights in Colorado springs.

Everything was just as you would expect. Clean, helpful and a reasonable breakfast. Oh wait, GREAT BEDS! Also, athough its close to <2 miles from the airport...never heard a single plane!

Our stay at the Hampton was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have rarely seen customer service like this in all our travels. The hotel itself was exactly as advertised in that it was convenient, affordable and extremely clean.

Thanksgiving trip

We were there visiting family for Thanksgiving. Arrived on Wednesday noon, went out for lunch and dinner. Thanksgiving was spent with family and friends. No cleaning service on Thurs. and this was expected. Left mid morning on Friday to go out of town. Came back evening time and the room had not been cleaned. Dirty towels, unclean linens, trash not empted.
