Clean rooms, pleasant staff, quiet and the free hot tub was a bonus after golf. Easy to find, good value , $20.00 less than others in town without on site restaurant or year around pool.

This hotel is just as nice or if not nicer than any of the chain hotels in the area....Comfort Inn and Best Western included! Restuarant in the hotel is a plus. But the indoor waterpark should sell the family!

Nothing extraordinary but certainly a decent location & hotel. All rooms open to parking spots (motel style). Average breakfast, pool, hot tub. Great local pizza joint about a block away -- ask the staff for directions. Only downside is I thought the motel was a little pricey.

On the west side of town, it was little further away from the Great Sand Dunes than other motels. It was right in the newer suburban-like area on the highway sharing a parking lot with Wal-Mart and Wendy's as well as the highway noise. Had to unplug the refrig in order to hear the tv or sleep. Had to disassemble the toilet to get it to stop running and the exhaust fan in bath did not work at all. Made noise, but no exhaust. But, everything else was fine and staff way very friendly. Sauna was not working. Seemed dog friendly. Ample breakfast buffet. Very nice for rural motel.

We stayed at the hotel while dropping off our 18 year old at the college. The price was definitely high for what it was, but every hotel in the area had jacked their prices up as well. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very accomodating, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good! Will definitely stay here on our next visit...just hoping it won't be so expensive!

THE BATH ROOM NEEDED A LOT OF MAJOR CLEANING AND THAT IS ALL I NEED TO SAY!
THE BED WAS REALLY HARD COULD NOT SLEEP.
BUT ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY, FOOD WAS GREAT, SERVICE WAS GREAT, POOL WAS GREAT!

Key to outside door did not work, one key card to room did not work, room not as clean as it should have been, the shower did not look clean. Entrance to hotel hard to find, had to go around back to get to office.

WE REALLY DOIDN'T USE MANY OF THESE FACILITIES OFFERED. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND THE STAF EFICIENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOTEL.
