What travelers to Universal City are saying

The chemicals / used in the lobby area were overwhelming. The scents nauseating and gave me a headache every time we entered and exited the facility. Natural scents like flowers would be more pleasing and less invasive. I didn't like that the lounge area was situated in a bar. No place to rest and visit without being in a bar. The decor was very outdated and no natural beauty -flowers, plants inside the building. A subtle decor in the trees, vs. those icicles left over from christmas would be more inviting. The consieer was fantastic, the bellhop, the manager. Fortunate to have a great staff.
