... hey if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel that is five minutes from SF airport this ones pretty decent. Look, it isn't the Ritz, but .... You're five minutes from the airport so if you that's important to you and you could care less about the room...book this one.
And of course the front desk wasn't overly friendly. But that's like thinking you're going to get friendly service at a Paris bistro or NYC deli.

I stayed overnight and didn't have any issues. My flight landed around midnight, and the airport shuttle arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. Due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, it is very noisy w planes taking off etc so light sleepers should bring earplugs. The fitness room was basic with a few cardio machines but functional.

Although the hotel was just finishing renovations, the staff was very professional and helpful. The location very convenient to the airport and only about 11 miles from downtown. The room was very comfortable.

The room was nice but the front entrance has steps and no ramp. Small elevators at the end of the building and not centrally located. Also, now they charge for parking.

Hotel is located near the 101 and the airport in south San Francisco. You do not hear the traffic or airplanes, but the floors creak, the walls are thin. The heat or A/C leaks condensate on the floor. The rooms were painted by a novice. Coffee maker works but cover is broken. Towels smell like bleach, but is full of hair. The carpet turns white socks black. The sheets have holes.

The room was clean and the price was good. However, the bathroom was almost bigger than the bedroom. The room with the bed was very small. We kept some of our bags in the bathroom. Service was very good. Taxi service was very prompt.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was decent, but the bathroom was horrible. The bathtub was nasty and it was extremely hard to get the water to turn on. The hotel didn't have phone books, cab phone numbers or any other information we asked for. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable but that's about all. I would maybe stay for 1 night, but nothing longer.

Good clean place to stay with a friendly staff and great shuttle.
Only problem that occurred was thin walls between my bed headboard and the room next door. The people next door were having a grand time talking and laughing past midnight -- I needed to sleep.

The place was clean, the towels thick, and the bed comfortable with lots of pillows. The only discomfort item I had was the continental breakfast; the items there appeared to be good but there was not much to eat for a gluten intolerant person.

This is a 1 star at most. Our non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. The heater didn't work. The hallway was dirty and dimy lit. In short, the only thing this place has to offer is proximity to SFO. I'm easy to please, but would not consider staying here again.

This hotel is nice. I have stayed here a few times but 2 out of 3 times the elevator was out of service. The room was big and comfortable but needs some upgraded furnature.

Great getaway from the hustle and bustle

This hotel offered nothing more than a place to relax away from the "maddening crowd". The view was as good as it gets. Would have liked outdoor furnishings to sit outside and enjoy instead of being confined to the room. I think the update should continue in the rooms but they were charming and very clean. If I were to visit the city again I would definitely stay there.

The accommodations and breakfast were great. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Public transportation is not nearby. This is in an Industrial Park area. Car is recommended. Restaurant fare was delicious with ample portions at reasonable price.
