management really good, had set aside a sweater we had left in the room, in anticipating our return.
OK breakfast, even the waffle maker worked well...

Nice Hotel; Much better than expected

I really wasn't expecting much from this hotel. We were there for business. We checked in late so all we really needed was place to sleep and get some work done. It turned out to be just what we needed. The room was nice and clean. Looks like it had been recently remodeled. This pics on the site are definitely outdated pics, because it was much nicer than expected. I really hate those generic floral cheap bed spreads that most inexpensive hotels have, but this hotel looked like they just updated their bed linens.
My boyfriend needed to get some work done on the computer for the next day so it was nice that the desk and task chair were in a separate adjacent room from the bedroom and tv. I didn't have to worry about disturbing him. About 2am in the morning we made short drive (about 8 mins) to the nearest Fedex office to print our work. It wasn't a far drive at all, just go North down Vineyard, right on foothill on the corner of foothill and haven. When we got back, we finally got some nice sleep. This hotel is great for business travelers. Very close to the airport.

Best Western is the Best for the price!

Very nice room with a nice lay out and comfortable beds. Malls, retail shops (like Target), and many restaurants were close by. Hotel is also located close to the Ontario airport so you may hear jets flying over head, but other than that this was a great hotel for me and my family.

Our 1st "La Quinta"

La Quinta properties are so prevalent that we're all familiar with their look and logo. They look clean and inviting so we opted to stay at our first one near the Ontario, California airport as our headquarters while visiting Pasadena (about 45 minutes away), the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl..
Most impressive was the comfort and plush feel of the room. Furnishings are tasteful, even elegant. I'd say.The staff was phenomenally (sp?) helpful and friendly -- univerally, all of them, no exceptions. And we liked that breakfast is part of the service and that a computer is available to the guests.
Not so critical but needing help were the grounds -- lush, SoCal landscaping but needing better care; trimming of the ground cover and low level shrubbery, use of bark dust in open areas, neater mowing of the turf, would all help -- nothing expensive, just more attention to detail. The property has the potential to be a Garden of Eden setting with better outside grounds care.
Overall? Try it! You'll like it!

The room setup made it feel larger than an average room. The closet was tiny however. The in-room wet bar was a nice touch. Ice machines were only on the third and fifth floors. The 24 hour meal service was convenient and the cookies were delicious. The lobby bar was beer and wine only. It is located next to the Mall and many restaurants and stores. The parking lot got full early so we had to park across the road in the mall parking which was actually closer to the front entrance than some of the hotel parking spaces.

Close to the airport but on the same property as the Ontario Mills Mall (which is either good or bad depending on your needs). Room was clean and comfortable and service was friendly and efficient. Very limited food items at the hotel but endless numbers of restaurants available close by (but not really walking distance)

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located off Rte 10. Rooms had recently been renovated with foam beds and large flat screen TVs. The hotel also offered free breakfast every morning. While it wasn't a full service restaurant, choices like Denny's and IN-N-OUT burger were within walking distance. For the price, it can't be beat!

We arrived late at night but were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and, again, the staff was warm and friendly. Would not hesitate to go back!

It offered what I needed & great close location to airport

What I liked -
1 mile from Ontario Airport so my too early flight home was simple for my early brain. I dropped off my rental car the night before and the hotel picked me up within 10 minutes of my call...and took me to the airport at 4:30AM the next day...immediately upon my request for the shuttle. The room clean, the sheets and cover were soft and gave me a good sleep. The noise of a partying duo of young women next door was the only irritiation re noise. I would stay here again. I did not eat in the hotel so I can't give feedback.

Thre room was great, it was very clean and comfortable. I was able to relax and get some rest. It would have been nice to have had a dvd player. I took the liberty take some dvds but could not watch them. This would have to be the second best hotel I've been to.

The tv made a weird buzzing sound and the screen on the window looked like it was pulled off at one point. Not exactly best for a single female to stay on her own, but also not a bad place when just staying just to sleep.

We travel on business frequently and this was a basic motel with a reasonable price. It was clean & comfortable and suited our needs. The housekeeping staff was great. My only displeasure was that it was advertised with contential breakfast but since we didn't sign up for it when we registered, we weren't eligible for it. This hotel is great for someone who wants a clean, comfortable room at a reasonable rate.

The staff is amazing. They called to make sure everything was okay upon arriving to my room. Every time I left or returned they greated me. They responded to my requests IMMEDIATELY! They were always friendly and professional. This was my second stay at the hotel and it was one of my best hotel experiences ever. Definitely worth the price. Hotel is clean and smells great. Only problem with the hotel is the location. Taking the highway was necessary for almost all travel.

Great location for business meetings, as it is minutes off of I-10, and five minutes north of the Ontario Airport.
So close to the Ontario Mills Mall, which has it all with shopping, restaurants, and a Dave & Busters !!!

Our overall experience was not bad at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to the the the airport, convention center, mall and arena. The only negative was that Although renovated, it's smelled like an old hotel.

The hotel turned out to be only a few blocks from the Convention Center where the event I was attending was located. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. There was a coffee pot and coffee and a microwave in the room. Convenient ATM in the lobby. I came late and left early and the staff was cheerful and helpful just the same. I would stay there again. I am 75. Feeling safe and respected is very important to me. I had both at this hotel.

Room was average. Would be much better with better sheets, towels. Was not in the room except to sleep so was not too bad. Pool was dirty and in desperate need of freshening up. Hot tub was foaming over so you could tell it needed chemicals added to make it usable for the next people. What made it stayable was the very friendly and helpful staff and easy access from the freeway.

We didn't spend much time in the facility, but it was clean and we were upgraded to a penthouse, with two separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic, along with the customary waffles, we had eggs, potatoes and some form of breakfast meat daily. We would certainly stay there again, no question.

Wonderful staff! They have free shuttle service to anywhere within a 5 mile radius. We took advantage of it and the staff was so helpful. It's a great value when you don't have to rent a car.

Visited family in the area for the holidays. This motel had everything we need. A free breakfast, free internet, and a 24 hours Denny's on site (this came in handy after a not so good holiday dinner cooked by my in laws). Kids loved the internet and the pay per view. Reasonably priced. Will for sure stay here again.

I brought my 87 year old mother down for a granddaughter's wedding, but made an assumption about elevators, which they do not have. My brother was also down for the wedding and asked about handicapped accomodations. The Ayres staff not only changed the room to an easy access handicap room, but did so without a hiccup. Went for my step-daughter's high school graduation in Murietta. Staff was very friendly. Refunded the internet connection fee when we told them that we used it to check into our flight and didn't realize they had a computer in the lobby to check in. Resturants were very nice and food was good.

Very nice place with great rooms for the price. The only hitch was that we had asked for a King bed, non-Smoking. When we went to our room, as soon as I opened the door I was just about knocked over by the smell of cigarettes. I called the front desk and they moved us to another room right away. After that everything went smoothly. The new room was quiet, clean, plenty of hot water and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Loved the big Flat Panel TV...

The best place to stay when going to Citizens Bank Arena

I just graduated from the University of Phoenix, the ceremony was at the Citizens Bank Arena. With in a mile of the hotel. The price was right, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was better than any continental meal I have ever had. They served real meat on both days and had a newspaper for me each day. I love this place and will look for this brand when I travel.

Was happy with the hotel and how comfortable and clean the hotel was. To top it off it right next to the ontario mills mall, there are alot of things to do. Only bad thing was many suvs got broken into in the middle of the night in the parking lot.

A recent winter storm left me stranded in the Inland Empire (I live in the local mountains) and found it necessary to obtain accommodations overnight.
This was the least-expensive hotel I could find last-minute and was an excellent value. The hotel does show its age; however, for the price and location it was a great value overall. The staff was pleasant and accommodated my late arrival and check out the next morning was a breeze.
The room came with a kitchenette which, for the price, was very nice. Also, the room was quite large, too.
It is not the Ritz Carlton by any stretch, but it was clean, functional, and very reasonably priced for the location.
If I have one criticism it would be that the parking is not very convenient to the lobby, requiring a longer walk than anticipated with what little luggage I had.
