Staff was helpful and friendly. I was hoping to get the same layout as the room shown on the web page with the bath not separated from the bed area but did not. It was a good deal thought so its hard to complain too much.

This was a nice place with a wine social hour and a breakfast buffet both complimentary. The eggs were runny, and I wasn't too keen on the free Wednesday night dinner.
My room was spacious and the bed was firm and comfortable. The housekeeping was immaculate.
My window shade wouldn't close all the way and they didn't get around to fixing it while I was there.

the hotel was just 7 miles away from the bart station and a 10 minute drive. the people were great to help us plan the trip to san francisco.. the pool and hot tub were perfect and a nice breakfast. very clean and accessable to the freeway. we will stay there again when we go to the bay area

Went to the Good Guys car show. I was not impressed with the breakfast, nor the way it was set up very misplaced. Couldn't find things easy! No eggs, just cold rolls, or fruit bowl, bad choice of cereal, 1 waffle maker. Worst thing they put us in a smoking room, I thought all of CA was no smoking in a public building period! When we complained they said it was because we put our room reservations on a credit card, what???? Isn't that how you pay for a room? I said what if next time we really specify non-smoking, he said you could STILL get a smoking room. Our friends got reservations after us and got a non-smoking room. Then they said we got the smoking room cause we booked it with Orbitz. The bed was like a brick too. So if you like a crummy breakfast, hard bed, and smoke great. The only good thing was it had a frig and microwave in the room.

The staff was very efficient, helpful and respectful!
Morning breakfast was plentiful and rooms were comfy and roomy. We were there for a wedding and was easy access to Pleasanton and stores.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. What I didn't like was 1. how far the handicapped room was from the elevator. Its forever to get a great grandmother there in her walker. ans 2. those stupid self closing doors. Try to get in the room with a walker or wheelchair. It' impossible (my 2 cents)

The staff at this hotel is very friendly. However, this hotel seems like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. There was debris in the halls and everything in the room had a slimy feel. I felt dirty just being in there. ALso, the tub did not drain, when I took a shower I was standing in 2 feet of water after about 5 minutes. For $100 a night, this place should be a lot cleaner .

Not very pleased with the experience. No breakfast was avialble at the hotel. No service to the room - if you needed towels you had to take them to the front desk. At check out there was no one available until after 7"00 AM. With an early flight I needed to check out prior to 7:00 am. Just not what I expected. I had stayed at a residence inn and the experience was much more pleasurable. I would not stay there again.

for a cheap hotel, I was impressed. It was clean and I wasn't afraid to be barefoot in the shower. The location was great. Close to town for dinner and night life with a coffee/bagel/lunch place right across the street as well as a drug store.I hope to visit Livermore again and will definately stay there.

I needed to stop quite late and the lobby person was very helpful. Beds were confortable. Nice breakfast the next morning to start back on the road.
