We were travelling Las Vegas via Grand Canyon West Rim to Grand Canyon South Rim. We did our homework and we were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and well appointed. A real bonus was having in room coffee making facilities. One was made to feel welcome from check in to check out, and the dining recommendations were spot on.

Traveling with family. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The website fools you into thinking the hot tub is indoors, but it is not. Hot breakfast was really good. "Fitness center" is a small room with a couple of machines in it - par for a motel, I suppose. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was surprised at the extra's in the room,such as Microwave and mini fridge/freezer! Room was comfortable, beds were perfect and extra pillows without requesting them. However,I was quite upset to find that the spa was empty and out of service, I kinda booked here based on the fact they had a spa..without prior notification on their site,it's obvious it will be out of service for some time..and they dont let anyone know. Over all..I was satisfied,kids were very happy here!

Place needs upgrading. Room looks old and tub has stains. Staff is friendly though and the place is convenient and easy to find.

What exactly is a 'nicely appointed room

[...] The handicap room was not right for us. It may have been to code, but the doors could not accomodate a wheelchair, both entrance and bathroom. There was not enuf room in the bath to have a wheelchair at the sink. I left a note informing them that bleach in a spray bottle will get rid of the mold in the tile grout.

Specifically requested one ADA Room. At check in they had all three rooms upstairs with no elevator. The staff moved one room to downstairs but no ADA amenities were available so we made due.
Ice machines did not work. HVAC in one room was unplugged and appeared not to work (we did not try it).
