Great for the price

  • Dec 10, 2012
This place is less than 20 mins away from the rim of the grand canyon. For the price, the amenities were good. The room that we got was a good size and was comfortable. Their breakfast was also much better than I expected based on some previous "free breakfasts" that I have had. For the price, it was the perfect choice for us.

Good basic lodging near Grand Canyon

  • Cetus
  • Nov 26, 2012
The room was very clean, spacious with two comfortable queen beds plus several chairs, and quiet. Other than a small swimming pool, the hotel lacks other amenities. There is no continental breakfast and apparently the only nearby restaurant that is open in the mornings is a McDonalds. The price was no bargain, but that is to be expected considering that it is in a "tourist town" with heavy demand for rooms by people visiting the Grand Canyon National Park (where lodging is even more expensive).
