We arrived at 11:10PM. We had a full day of travel and were very tired. No one was available to check us in until 11:25pm. There was a sign on the door that the staff was helping other guests and they would return in five minutes. I don't know when they left and fifteen minutes wait for us wasn't so long but it seemed long at that time of night. The room was clean, the price was right, it was just my daughter and myself. We were put in an upstairs room and so had to carry our luggage up the stairs.
Luckily it was the end of our trip and we planned on only taking in what we needed for that night. For a one night inexpensive stop over it was very good.

Unclean!

The place was not clean at all. The towels were so grey and stained and the shower so dirty, we did not use them. The carpet needed cleaning - spills were obvious. There were holes punched in the walls that were filled with spackle and not finished. The TV remote did not work. Some of the lamps had no light bulbs. The room smelled quite musty. Mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. Yuk.

this property was exstremely dirty, the staff was rude and not helpful at all,they acted as if we were bothering them. the location was horrible,the shower head in the bathroom exsploded while in use almost injuring my wife in the head.we were afraid to leave anything in the room so we were forced to carry everything with us everywear we went.we were woken up numerous times by phone calls from staff asking if we had a dog ,when told no they still called.this was the worst new years ever. i would not recomend this place to a death row inmate.

Pets Allowed for a Price

No air-conditioning in the hotel lobby or the hallways. Outdoor temp was 108 degrees when we arrived and our room was 102 degrees. We turned on our A/C and it took one hour to reach 82... The hotel said Pets Welcome but they don't tell you that you must pay additional fees for them.

We arrived at 4:30pm and the outdoor temperature was 108 degrees. Unfortunately, the interior of the entire hotel was 102 degrees. They do NOT cool the lobby, hallways or the rooms in an effort to save costs. It took the A/C an hour to bring the room temp down to 82 degrees. Upon check-in, we were notified that we would have to pay an additional fee for our puppy. That information was NOT made available to us prior to booking this unit.
Description
This is a river front hotel in Bullhead City located only 5 minutes to the casinos in Laughlin Nevada a half mile to public boat and jet ski launch area. Riverfront Suites have a separate bedroom living room and kitchen with a view overlooking the pool and Colorado River. The Lodge is within walking distance to restaurants shopping and grocery store. Only one mile to airport. Hotel also offers guest laundry facilities vending machines complimentary coffee. Also a continental breakfast in the winter months. Internet access is available in all rooms along with cable TV and free movie channel. Small pets are welcome however a limited number rooms are available. Extended stay suites are also available.

This hotel served the purpose for traveling with a dog and not spending anytime there. If I didn't have a dog and had to spend anytime I would have been mad! Do not try to check in late (9:45pm, you get a very rude check-in. I room was given away to someone else because there toilet was broken. The room room keys didn't work the first time. The room smelled very musty.
