Room supposed to be non smoking. Reaked of smoke. Burn holes in bedding, burnt marks on sink and top of tv. Loud party out in parking lot. Room was dirty, very dirty.

My fiance and I drove to West Memphis to complete a business transaction. The hotel served it's purpose as a place to sleep overnight, that's about it. It's conveniently located right off the highway. The room was an ordinary "cheap" room, which is what we were looking for since we were not there to have a nice vacation or anything. There was a small room for eating breakfast, which I believe they provided a fresh waffle maker and coffee and juice, but I didn't experience that. Overall, if you're looking for somewhere to "lay your head" and not spend a lot of money, this is the place.

Very nice & clean. I would stay there again. Very convenient to downtown Memphis without the high price tag of downtown. Continental Breakfast was very minimal and packaged for the most part. One type of coffee, no decaf.

I took awhile for us to figure out how to get into the place. We got directions from two people, they were both right but we just couldn't believe them. You have to drive over waht looks like the edge of an off ramp having faith that there is another side and that no one is coming the other way. Once we got there we found a clean pleasant place with helpful staff. The breakfast isn't much (and no hot tea) but it got us started in the morning. Unfortunatly it was about thirty minutes from everything we wanted to do, but really all we did was sleep there so even that wasnt a big deal. But they really should put some sort of sign at the road leading in, something like, "trust us folks, there's really a road here." The construction around the place wasn't helpful either.

I arrived one and a half hours after checkin began for the day, the room was clean and ready I picked up my keys and went to my room. I was pleasantly surprised that I had stayed at this very hotel in the past. I did remember my last stay when I arrived in the lot of the Hotel. I have no complaints. Very close to the Elvis Week festivities!Stayed in this area before but first time at this hotel. The staff was GREAT and very helpful.Beds were comfortable and so was the room. Only problem was the shower had long hair in clumps on the walls before we used it. Otherwise the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Cracker Barrel was not too far away and very close to Southland Park - racing and gaming.

Requested a queen with microwave and fridge. When checked in, air conditioner was barely cold. (It's July with highs in the 90's)! Did someone check the air when cleaning the room? Advised hotel clerk and only room available was a king smoking room. :-( Cough Cough. We took it. Room phone did not work, it had no information on it. Just a shell of a phone. Advised front desk but due to being booked, we were unable to change rooms. Air was great, so we made it work. In the future, please have all amenities in working order or put room out of order. Staff was friendly. A lot of restaurants and gas stations near by. Right off I-40 and I-55. Was there to visit Memphis, TN & Tunica, MS. Had a great time.

Easy on & off Hwy. Decent room, good beds. Breakfast was sugary donuts & fake OJ. Near dog track if you gamble. They allow dogs so be warned. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Memphis.

My husband and our friend went to Memphis to visit and decided to stay here for the price and reasonable distance. It was just fine for what we needed. The beds were a little uncomfortable. If you're looking for a place to crash and shower, it's worth it. If you're SUPER picky about room size and cleanliness...I wouldn't recommend. It wasn't dirty or anything, just somewhat outdated. I consider myself picky, and I would stay there again.
