It was a good stay at this La Quinta. The room was nice and clean, and quiet, even though it was right off the highway. Breakfast was better than average and the staff was friendly. The only bad note is the fact of the large amount of road construction surrounding the area.

The room was kind of small, but quiet. The breakfast was not all that great because there was no meat to be served. They had cold cereal, waffles, toast, boiled eggs and drinks, but no meat.

This was a stop on the was to Branson, Missouri. It is relatively a new hotel with lots of extras. Very clean and very affordable. It is a little hard to get to but well worth it. Very friendly staff.

The Clarion Hotel is the only full service hotel in Texarkana. The hotel offers a beautiful indoor pool, extra large hot tub and party room. Some of the hotel ammenities include an onsite restaurant and lounge, meeting rooms, ballrooms, guest laundry facility, on-site exercise room and business center. Great Spring Break Experience

We were traveling through and wanted a hotel with an indoor pool for the girls to Swim. There were two in the city and we had stayed at the other one on the outbound segment, but their pool was not heated, so we tried this one on the return trip. The pool was really great. It was large, heated and very clean. They have a seperate hot tub area for the parents, small arcade, pool tables. The hotel is slightly older but our room was very clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel had a restaurant and a full breakfast was free. It was limited but pancakes and eggs hit the spot. There was a Pizza place with a buffet within walking distance.I would reccomend this hotel especially if you need an indoor pool for the kids.

[...]I was surprised at how comfortable the bed and pillows were. My room was clean, comfortable, and not ugly like I find so many floral hotel rooms. The only problems I had were with the attached restaurant being completely unorganized - and more importantly to me, completely lacking healthy options. The choices for dinner & breakfast were a shame for people who don't eat a lot of fried, high fat, high sugar meals, fake margarine type of meals.I was so grateful to have a restaurant there without having to get out - but wish it was better.

Brand new facility and very nice. Desk worker was constantly on smoke break. Rooms are nice but the beds are not the nice new comfy ones you see at a lot of HI Express hotels now.

Had a really hard time finding the place due to some road construction. Once I got there, check in was relatively painless. Room was nice, sheets were good. The jacuzzi and saltwater pool, however, were just what the doctor ordered.

one day I went sight seening. the last day I had to walk up to a restrant to get out of the room. there was nothing to do aroung the hotel the tv stations were not good the room was not very clean and dark. I have stayed in a lot of hotels. I will not stay a super 8 again.

This is a good hotel if you are just needing to get some sleep. The aminities were week and needed improvements. The furniture was old and the bed hard. The room was big and clean.

The bed had a top sheet for the bottom and dirty bed spread and sheets. Pillows were flat and dirty as well. The couch was more comfortable than the bed. The room was large like a small apartment and at first look, it is nice. The day staff is very friendly. Night staff likes the cell phone and seemed to not like getting off of it to check us in. America's Best? Let's hope people don't judge the country by this hotel.

First of all, when we entered the room the headboard was laying on the bed.The hotel said they had suites but only with one bed in them.Not a good thing....Pricing wasn't bad but I will have to give this hotel a 2 star.We had to wait until they cook more breakfast because they ran out,but the taste was good.This hotel was not what we expected.Did not live up to the ad on the internet.
