This was not a good motel to stay in. There were flees in the carpet. Our stay was for 2 nights. They did not clean the rooms. The heat and air did not work.

Traditionally, I never sleep well in hotels, but this was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in...fell right to sleep...fabulous night's rest!

Well first of all, Star the clerk on duty, was very rude. Then she charged me for the room i already paid for through this site. Unfortunately I reserved the jacuzzi suite but when I tried to use the jacuzzi there was black mold or something coming out of either the faucet or the jets. Either way I wasn't staying in it...lol.

This trip was for one night to meet with my CPA. This place wonderfull. It has just opened up and was nice and fresh. The best thing of all is the entire complex is smoke free! I loved the bed and pillows they were high quality and so comfortable!

This hotel was ok. It looks a little run down, but is safe and clean. I stayed with a 15 month old. They didn't have pack'n'plays, so I had to bring my own. There was just enough room to set it up. The bed was older, but in decent shape. The breakfast was great. I wouldn't stay there on vacation, but it's a safe, clean, and cheap place to stay the night.

It looks a little run down from the outside, but the rooms were much nicer than I expected. It was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect, including a whirlpool. The staff were friendly, and for breakfast they had biscuits & gravy, sausage, pastries, cereal, some fruit, and juice. It seemed like a great place for the price. Just be smarter than me, and get a room on the south side (the side not facing I-40). The traffic wasn't too loud, but it's definitely audible when you're trying to sleep.

The hotel was very nice, but we had reserved a non-smoking room through Orbitz. When we got there, they told us that even though we had requested a non-smoking room, there were only smoking rooms available. The corridor of the smoking room section smelled a lot like smoke, but the room had been cleaned and aired and it did not smell badly.
Other than that, a great hotel, and a wonderful breakfast. Nice staff, just a good place to stay. Near I-40 for easy on and off of the freeway.

I booked a room through Orbitz at the Brookside Hotel, I drove past the place 4 times even after the clerk gave me directions over the phone because he failed to mention the sign out front said a different name! The key card holders still said Holiday Inn, the clerk said they are under management, ya think? There was no computer system and 1 employee working. When I got to the room I found a disgusting bathroom with a rubber mat in the bottom of the tub. Dirt and hair was clearly visible, along with soiled towels hanging up. This is a 3 star hotel? We left and got a refund.

We arrived and the hotel said that they didn't have a room for us[...] They then said they could give us a king room (for 4 people). Since it was the only option, we agreed. Then we got into the room, which turned out to be two double beds. They didn't even know what room they were giving us. The bathtub looked mildewed around the tile, and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. The room also smelled a little odd.

The hotel staff were excellant. The room was clean and well maintained. The only problem was the bed and pillows. The bed was hard and lumpy. The pillows were flat and long past there useful life.
