Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Housekeeping staff didn't clean the toilet area as well as one would expect. She left hair on the side of the tub and on the floor. The vanity countertop had spiders crawling.

Come on down to Baymont Inn And Suites-Jonesboro, where all of the area attractions are nearby. Spend the day at Craighead Forest Park in the scenic beauty of Crowleys Ridge. The Malco Movie Theater is close and you can walk to the Turtle Creek Mall and a wide variety of great restaurants. Arkansas State University is only three miles. If you are attending events at Joe Mack Campbell Athletic Complex or The Forum Theater, we would love to have you!

This hotel was a comfortable place to stay. It is near Arkansas State University and near some restaurants to eat. The beds and the bathroom were clean. The only problem that I found was that the air conditioner had a stinky smell.

The A/C apparently had leaked onto the carpet in the first room we got and it was a little stinky, but there was no problem at all getting moved to another room. The staff is very friendly. Be aware the website says pet friendly but they DO NOT allow pets.

Room was nice, clean, fairly comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone that doesn't want to spend a lot of money. Don't get a room next to the pool if you plan to be in it between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm, as they do advertise "pool parties" and it gets rather noisy! Made napping difficult! Staff is very accomodating.

I was there overnight waiting to begin a teaching workshop early the next morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was snuggly and wonderful. People were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet the next morning was very good, I liked the waffle and being able to get boiled eggs. Biscuits and gravy would have been a nice additive. Will definately stay here any time I have to be in Jonesboro. Was not that much pricier than the other motels and was worth the extra money.

I arrived early and was graciously allowed to check in early. Then had a call from the front desk to make sure everything was ok with my room. Very nice and friendly staff. Room was nicely decorated and bed super comfy. The free breakfast was very nice as well with more than the "usual" offerings.The only downside was the traffic noise, but I would definately stay again!

The hotel was clean and convient location to restaurats. There were alot of in-town workers staying there so there were people smoking on the balconies and hanging out into the evening hours. So it wasn't very quiet. Traveling as a single female I felt a little insecure. The ice machines were broken on the second floor. But it was a clean room and bed to sleep in for a reasonable price.

One night stay with family. Only complaint, requested nonsmoking room but could smell cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the room door. Not as bad after turning on air to circulate air freshner. Staff was nice and room was clean and comfortable.

Initially there was a mixup on our room, but it was straightened out.Suite was excellent. Great beds, 2 TVs, good internet connection and sitting room. However, only one chair (at the desk)Plumbing worked very well.Breakfast was hit and miss. Frequently ran oot of items. (The resupply trucl comes by on Wednesdays.) Too little attention to breakfast - not replenishing items that were on hand. (because clerk was doing two jobs).Pool comfortable.[...]

There was a filthy recliner in the room that I wouldn't even place my purse on, and the shower head needed to be cleaned, but otherwise it wasn't bad.
Two of the lights didn't work, even after I changed the bulbs. The towels were very small.
I would, however, stay there again because the price was very good and it is in an excellent location to have access to anything in the town.

Not as great as I hoped for a Hilton....

My fiancee and I decided to treat ourselves to a night away...we chose to stay at The Hilton Garden Inn in Jonesboro as a treat. Since it was a Hilton property, we expected to spend a night in comfort and elegance.
Then check in experience was pleasant. We were greeted and given our key with a minimum of hassle. Once in our room, we were a little disappointed to see that there were no in room movies to chose from. So, instead we went to dinner and a movie at a local theater.
After returning back to our room that night, we started to go to bed...but discovered the bed was very hard. There was a brochure that explained the dial system on the bed. Apparently each side has a dial that you can move from soft to hard and anywhere in between. I set mine on soft and my fiancee placed in the middle in a section called "optimum comfort zone." Immediately, we couldn't not a difference. We waited for 30 minutes or so and still no difference. Finally, we both just started adjusting to dials to get any change. The bed continued to be rock hard.
We finally gave up and tried to sleep but both of us woke up constantly all night. At 7 am, we gave up and went across the street to Cracker Barrel.
Later that afternoon, I contacted Hilton properties to complain about the bed situation, but no one has bothered to get back to me about it.
Overall, the hotel was ok, but it was not anything special. We could have stayed at the Motel 6 down the road with virtually the same room and probably a better bed for half the price.

The room had a fresh clean feeling and a comfortable spaciousness. Two people were accomodated conveniently. The value for the price was excellent. The mattresses were comfortable. The comforters were new. The towels were a bit skimpy. Would stay there again. The location was perfect. We found our way to shopping, entertainment and local attractions easily. Our check in was efficient.

Not bad for the money.

For the price, the room was fine. The exceptions were the lack of a coffee maker, lack of a hairdryer, a very small shower, and flat pillows. It was very clean, however, which made up for the absence of the amenities mentioned above, and there was a security guard on duty, which was comforting. I will stay at the Motel 6 in Jonesboro the next time I visit family.

The down side of inexpensive lodging in a college town is that you sometimes have to deal with undisciplined kids as neighbors. Too much noise in the parking lot on a Saturday night and vomit in the parking lot the morning after are never pleasant recommendations.
On the upside, some decent restaurants in the area and pretty easy access to everything of interest in town.
