This hotel was a comfortable place to stay. It is near Arkansas State University and near some restaurants to eat. The beds and the bathroom were clean. The only problem that I found was that the air conditioner had a stinky smell.

Initially there was a mixup on our room, but it was straightened out.Suite was excellent. Great beds, 2 TVs, good internet connection and sitting room. However, only one chair (at the desk)Plumbing worked very well.Breakfast was hit and miss. Frequently ran oot of items. (The resupply trucl comes by on Wednesdays.) Too little attention to breakfast - not replenishing items that were on hand. (because clerk was doing two jobs).Pool comfortable.[...]

Nice Hotel But

The reason we chose Holiday Inn was the price and indoor pool. We arrived and were told "no pool" Pool was closed. They did give us free passes to use indoor pool next door at the "Wellness Center" but it was also closed. Very nice hotel, with a very nice room with the most clean and comfortable beds.

I checked in to this location at 3AM and was pleased to find a clean room and comfortable bed. The staff at the desk even offered to push my check out time to noon so that I could get a little more time to sleep before taking off the next day.
*The pet fee was less than other places I've stayed when I've traveled with my dog, too.*

One night stay with family. Only complaint, requested nonsmoking room but could smell cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the room door. Not as bad after turning on air to circulate air freshner. Staff was nice and room was clean and comfortable.

well i was put in rooom 102 . toilet would not flush. t v would not work. heat was no good change to room 106 well the vanity sink had no water , i called the front desk he came down and said make do . that night i had to have key reprogram and i ask the front desk clerk about the vanity he said not fixed i ask for another room he said could not switch me so again no water in vanity i wish i never got this motel never will again
i should get a refund on the motel stay

There was a filthy recliner in the room that I wouldn't even place my purse on, and the shower head needed to be cleaned, but otherwise it wasn't bad.
Two of the lights didn't work, even after I changed the bulbs. The towels were very small.
I would, however, stay there again because the price was very good and it is in an excellent location to have access to anything in the town.

Bad pool experience

The price was what we had hoped for, but we regret requesting a room by the pool. There were three boys slapping foam noodles on the water until 10 pm. However, the staff was nice enough to go and tell them to stop when we called to complain. The sink was leaking underneath, and the shower took a long time to get hot... but other than that...it was a pleasant experience.

Comfy hotel... Room was super clean and breakfast was good,although we had a broken blow dryer in our room. Didn't discover it til two of us had showered and were ready to dry our hair. Front desk didn't have a back up, didn't know where maintenance was, and didn't have a solution for us.
Finally 20 minutes later they found a room we could use. We were trying to get to ASU's graduation on time and there didn't seem to be a sense of urgency to solve the problem. Would still stay again though...

I liked that they had a swimming pool but it was way too cold in the pool room my family didn't stay in the pool too long.

The hotel was clean and convient location to restaurats. There were alot of in-town workers staying there so there were people smoking on the balconies and hanging out into the evening hours. So it wasn't very quiet. Traveling as a single female I felt a little insecure. The ice machines were broken on the second floor. But it was a clean room and bed to sleep in for a reasonable price.

The newly built Comfort Suites is within 2 miles of Industrial park, and 1 mile from the new Turtle Creek mall, next to the new NEA Baptist Hospital and with in 8 miles of St Bernards Hospital. We are within 3 miles of Arkansas State University and have many fine eating establishments with in a 3 mile radius. We are only a short distance from some of the nicest Golf Courses in Arkansas. Jonesboro Country Club, Sage Meadows, Ridge Point Golf Course. We are 1 mile from NEA District Fairgrounds and 5 miles from Craighead Forest Park. This property has many things to offer the business traveler as well as the traveler.

The location of the hotel was good it is right in the hub of the city but as for amenities, they are lacking. The parking is not conducive to the living quarters

For the price, the room was fine. The exceptions were the lack of a coffee maker, lack of a hairdryer, a very small shower, and flat pillows. It was very clean, however, which made up for the absence of the amenities mentioned above, and there was a security guard on duty, which was comforting. I will stay at the Motel 6 in Jonesboro the next time I visit family.

this motel is nasty. There were mouse traps in my room and the walled were disgusting. Remote didn't work. Light flickered.
