Not a good "hotel"

I chose this place because I had to spend a week away for work. I was expecting more of a hotel. The office was not open when I checked in on Sunday, it took them half an hour to find my reservation. It may have worked for a temporary place to live, but it was no hotel. The beds are hard and if you are gone during the day you will never see the front desk staff. Also I had to give a 24 hour move out notice or they charge you more money. I won't be staying there again.

In the heart of Fayetteville not far from anything this hotel was spectacular for the price. Staff was as nice as can be, room was clean, bed was comfortable and very nice water pressure. The breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but once again for the price absolutely unbeatable. Would stay there again ANY TIME!

Have stayed here previously - excellent service from check-in staff - easy to find off the highway - room was large and very quiet. Would have given 5 stars except had requested "non-smoking" and room had strong smoke odor.

This hotel is under a remodel. The room was very dated and the bathroom walls were dirty. Bed uncomfortable and the local bars close to the hotel are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. This should be a nice hotel once the remodel is complete.

We have family in Fayetteville, and tend to visit during times when the U of A students are gone. We have stayed in several hotels, but Staybridge is by far the best! Even Christmas weekend was a great stay! We will definitely make this our go-to hotel!

The service at Staybridge Fayetteville was excellent and the room immaculate. VERY comfortable bed. Every amenity for the business traveler for a short or long-term stay. DVD player is a great addition. Breakfast includes lots of protein for those avoiding carbs. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The hotel even includes dinner on some days. I've already booked my next trip and won't stay anywhere else when I go to Fayetteville.

Not a bad hotel a little old but the rooms was still adequate and I love the free hot breakfast bar that is included with the room however I could never get the wifi to work and I had a lot of work to do that night so I won't be staying there again if I can't connect to the internet.

Location of hotel was quiet, yet easily accessible from freeway. I only stay at smoke-free hotels so this was a bonus.
Dining area was very comfortable. I was able to bring my microwave-able dinner down to heat & eat.

Arrived @ 9:45p.m.checked in and was told by the front desk person that the room phone didn't work. So that was a problem right there. They should have never put me in a room where the phone didn't work. But I had my cell phne.Otherwise the room was clean but needs new paint, carpet etc.The complimentary breakfast was nothing @ 640 a.m. only 2 bagels and 2 donuts were available. That's not very accepatible either.

We were there for a family wedding and had a good time. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were half size. There was mold in the bathroom and the hair dryer didn't work.
There is no elevator so we had to have a first floor room and the only one available was by the pool so there was noise late at night.
The parking lot was dreadfull. We couldn't miss the potholes anywhere.
However, we were comfortable and the people were very nice.
Upkeep was good considering what they had to work with.

Very clean and new. Everything was great except we didn't get our room cleaned and had to go down to desk to get a change of towels. Don't know why that happened. Otherwise great place.

This hotel was very affordable and the hotel rooms are setup as studios with a kitchen. This is really helpful for an extended trip. I would recommend it to anyone.

Only if you want a place to lay your head. Close to the mall. One desk chair is only place to sit besides beds. No continental breakfast. Our door did not seal well, could hear traffic. Plus you could see light thru the bottom of door. Beds where comfortable.

This was a great location for the BBBQ that was going on in fayetteville.The room was adequate and the staff was friendly.
