Clean - but a bit too clean smelling..

I stayed one night at this Hampton Inn - overall, a nice place, especially with the large lobby with seating around a fireplace/TV and a free breakfast buffet. My king room was comfortable and clean, however it had a strong cleaning chemical smell that really hit you when walking into the room. I mentioned it to the front desk and subsequently tried 2 different air freshening sprays, but could not get the heavy pine-sol/chemical smell out of the room.

It has a great pool. The breakfast was healthy. The motel is clean. The staff is friendly. There's microwave, fridge, etc. in the room and the shower tub and the bathroom are very clean. I went in with a bad image cuz I have seen really beat up super 8 motels. But this was a new building, and the location in a small lane gave it privacy while evvvvvvvvvvvery single thing was right there. You can get back on the highway in a sec, get gas, go to the cinema, the mall, do grocery shopping, eat out, grab coffee, and what not. I was extremely pleased and amazed at getting all tha for that price.

Great service at an average facility.

After checking in we found the hvac unit to be malfunctioning. The desk clerk was very understanding and moved us to another room. His demeanor and friendliness was above average and hence the good review for the hotel.

La Quinta Inn is in a great Conway location. The Inn had all the services we wanted: clean room, microwave, fridge, free breakfast, exercise room and pool. Staff was friendly with every exchange. We'll head back there again.

this hotel was the cleanest and nicest We have stayed in, rooms were big beds were soft but firm and nice bed ware. Breakfast was also very good, and receptionest was very polite and very professonal.

Just needed a quick overnight stay to cut a long trip in half. This hotel is adequate for the purpose and conveniently located. There were other hotels in the area that I would have chosen if their prices were more reasonable for a place just to crash for the night. But this one was comfortable, reasonable, and easily accessible.

While home for the holidays my fiancee and I decided to stay at the hilton garden in conway arkansas. BIG MISTAKE!
The beds were like sleeping on the ground (tho the ground would have been more comfortable) -- the bedding was just a big mess with sheets that were scratchy to the comforter that was so lumpy it kept falling off the bed.
The room temp was also a big mess, hot or cold.. nothing in between.
And lastly the walls were PAPER THIN! Oh and the "great american grill" is not worth advertising. It really was a great let down to stay at this location. I believed all the hype on the website and was embarrased to have taken my family to stay in such a place. Well, fool me once... but never again!!!

I left my cell phone charger in the room. I called back 24 hours later and my charger was turned in to housekeeping. I was told to come in and pick it up at the registration desk. This does not usually happen, if you leave something in the room most of the time you will never get it back. Upon returning to pick up my charger the clerk who registered me in asked about the 90th Birtday Party that I was in town for. I thanked her for asking and told her it was a hughe success.

only reason we stayed there was because of our dog. we stay in Conway regularly to visit our daughter who is in college there. There are lots of other hotels that are way nicer for just a little more money. This is a $30 motel if that.

This Hotel was too expensive for me. The hotel was not kept up very well and we had trouble just unlocking the door. The local highway road crews were living here while working nearby. I would have stayed an extra day if it was as affordable as those around it. I only stayed here because the other nicer hotels were full. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is family owned I assume. Plus they have too many religious references all over the lobby and at the front desk. Not that that bothers me but it might make someone else uncomfortable if they were not of the same religious background. It was right by Interstate 40 and close to most food places.

The Qualty Inn Conway was very clean and comfortable. In a time when a clean room, bed sheets, and bathroom are hard to find it was great coming across a hotel that seems to be commited to quality. Having the bathroom separate from the vanity area was a real convience. The table was nice to have as was the desk area. The couch was an unexpected bonus. There are some nice restaurants close by.

yes a swimming pool and a good breakfast they did not clean our hotel room at all no new towels or coffee you had to ask for that would have liked are carpets vaccumed at least one of the three days we stayed the staff was nice

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the wait staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the partial curtains which allowed too much light in at night (from the parking lot) and in the morning. My room faced the east, and at 6:30 A. M. it seemed like noon.

Not The Best place to stay

Room wasn't clean, stains on the floor, pillows had drool stains all over them, air conditioner too noisy, bed sheets were not replaced still had other peoples hairs in the bed. Wouldn't recommend to others.

very old and not very clean, they advertise that they serve breakfast and that there were coffee in the rooms. There were no coffee in the room and the breakfast consist of hard donuts that were like 2 days old. The motel was not very safe to me. Not a good experience, will not stay there again.

Perfect getaway for the weekend

I was there to visit some friends of mine from High School, I really enjoyed my stay there and the personnel was really nice and took care of my every need! I'd recommend this hotel to anybody! I'll definitely stay there every time I go to Conway!

The room was filthy. We stayed for 3 nights and the beds were never made. Cheese crackers were under one of the beds ( in sight ) for the entire stay. Ice machine was brken.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We would have demanded our money back if it hadn't been a holiday weekend and everyone else was booked so we were stuck. The carpeting was so dirty that we didn't want to take our shoes off and didn't want our dog to even walk on it. The lighting in the room was very dim. The bathroom didn't seem to be clean. I would not recomend this hotel to my worst enemy.
