The hotel was a bit hard to find, we couldn't see it from the highway, so we were using our GPS to find it. For some reason the GPS took us a few miles down highway 7 in the opposite direction in which the hotel actually was. We both used our GPS' on our phones too and ended up with the same place, which was some closed gas station out in the woods, kind of sketchy. We ended up going the other way (towards the hotel) and we finally found it. The Services were good, the room was nice, there were a couple concerns though. The jacuzzi-tub in the room didn't even work, glad I didn't pay extra for that. And the metal-arm door latch on the front door was snapped off, so that was a bit of a concern during our stay. Other than those few things, the hotel was pretty nice, nothing spectacular.

hotel is tired and run down, parking lot was unkept, right on noisy road. but easy on/off to highway. nothing special just a place to sleep.

Very close to Lake DeGray

The Best Western Continental Inn was very close to Lake DeGray where our grandkids were camping. The room was very large and I like the bathroom being separate from the vanity area. Room was right across from the swimming pool and on the quiet side of the motel. The only snag was the internet would not connect. Otherwise, excellent choice. Were close the the grandkids favorite mexican restruant TaMolly. There was ample room for clothes and storage space. Will stay there again when we have the opportunity.

Dissapointingly dirty

I was very hesitant in the first place but really had no choice because it was homecoming at my daughter's college and there were no hotels available. It was definitly not renovated. Very run down. I can say it was very well insulated and quiet in the room. The one thing that made me vow to never stay there again was, we stayed for two evenings, the maid came in to clean give us new towels. She removed the trash, changed the towels but just threw the covers back on the bed!!!! I then wondered if the sheets were clean!!!! Very sad because I go to that town quite often to visit my daughter but I can tell you I left that hotel feeling very dirty and that I may be bringing some extra friends back home with me. (Bed bugs)

I called the hotel direct and asked for the 2 rooms to be on the bottom floor, when we got there they only gave us one, because when I called they thought I only rented one, that was the excuse they gave anyway. We had to take a room upstairs and away from the other couple with us, my husband does not do stairs very well, because of health reason, but he did it anyway. Our room had 2 light bulbs out. The tub was very slippery like they didn't rinse out what they cleaned it with. I almost fell in there. The drain ran slow, so you had to take a shower in ankle deep water. Not enough towels. The central air unit face cover was almost off. My husband put it back on right. The other couples room, the hot water was slow to warm up. It was a handicapped room with was not asked for. The should ask you if you would mind this before it's offered to you. [...]

While we were only there for overnight. I feel that both Orbitz and the Super 8 motel over charged us for this motel. I could have walked up with no reservation and gotten the same room for $20 less. Frankly, I will not use Orbitz nor Super 8 again

Dining options were limited (none at the hotel, mostly fast food in the neighborhood) but we did not intend to dine there--we were attending a reunion and meals were provided. Breakfast was minimal, but adequate.

For the value; it was good. This is an older hotel so there's evidence of that. Such things as the hair dryer and mount was off the wall and laying on the safe, knob missing from the a/c controls, had 4 pillows on king bed but they were rolled up in a ball, the (1) ice maker for the whole place didn't make much ice, the so-called 'full' breakfast wasn't very impressive, nor did it get stocked with more items when it got low or out of something (lady working moved slow or not at all) and location is good but have to drive through closed gas station to get in/out of hotel. We've stayed here a few times over the last two years because there's not much to choose from in Arkadelphia!!

Overall this hotel was very pleasant. We didn't have a chance to really check anything out because we were just passing through but the hotel was nice and the town seemed nice as well.
