My family and I were visiting the USS Battleship Alabama on our way to Orange Beach for our vacation. The Econolodge at Saraland was a great location to stay with restaurants and gas stations centrally located. Rooms were clean, bathroom had a great shower head and the beds were comfy. Very happy with our stay. Orbitz was easy to shop and get the best place for the money.

im from New York and I've stayed a similar quality hotels and paid more than twice as much! I don't know if the hotel is new or newly renovated but when I saw an average orbitz rating of 3 stars I assumed it would be a lot less quality than what it was. Great quality, especially for what you pay.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be new. Our room was quiet, clean and well decorated. The biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room for a while. Great experience.

When I arrived to check-in, it was happy hour, so I was greeted with a glass of wine.
I drove to a great oyster restaurant 5 minutes away for dinner and came back ready to get some rest.
I quickly popped into the business center and printed my boarding pass for the flight home and headed to bed for a good night's sleep...very cozy.

Traveling with our two grown children, we needed a comfortable room for 4. We had a beautiful suite, with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch -- and still had plenty of room! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located and had great rooms. The staff was excellent! Only down side was the housekeepers come in without knocking.

This is a very good hotel for business. Clean, friendly, with a refrigerator in the large room.
Only issues is the bright lighting that beams in the front facing rooms all night. They need to tone it down a bit.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I made the reservation for three nights but only stay two. I was told to contact you about the that fact and that you would reimburse me for the last night I did not stay.

In general the Hotel is fine, but the room carpet needs to get cleaned more often.
