I stayed there due to the price and overall good reviews. It was a little out of the way from where I was working, but still only 20 min away. PROS: Clean and comfortable, fairly quiet, nice breakfast. CONS: Location, no refrigerator or coffee pot, small details overlooked (no batteries in TV remote, no pad on ironing board). The passages smelled of cigarette smoke (didn't bother me but might bother some).

The hotel was easy to find and in a very quiet section north-east of the city (a little far out for some maybe, but it suited our purpose). The facility was neat and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large, had ample lighting, and very hot water (which I liked). An iron and ironing board were provided. The continential breakfast was the usual fare.
However, the elevator made a frightening racket and vibrated slightly as we approached our floor (I found this nerve-racking -- so I took the stairs). The vending machine on our floor was out of order but did not have a posted sign. The juice machine did not work the first morning of our stay. The walls were very thin. We listened to our neighbor's alarm clock from 4:30 a.m. to 5:45 a.m. (every seven minutes).
The personnel were friendly. This was our first experience with this hotel chain. Since we were there for family business, we were gone the entire day and just needed a clean, quiet place to sleep. In that regard, it served us very well. I would probably give this chain another chance, just to see.

Marshall Space Flight Center, Redstone Arsenal, Parkway Place Mall and Madison Square Mall are nearby.

Our 1st time in Huntsville, Alabama

We were in Huntsville for a wedding receiption that was held at this same hotel we were staying at. Our rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We had a great view of the Space Museum. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to make a few changes to the reservation to make us a little more comfortable at no extra charge. Breakfast wasnt included, but the cleanliness and service made up for it. We even got a call from the front desk a few minutes after we arrived-they just checked to see if all was well with the room.

I was visiting a client and needed an inexpensive place to stay. It was fine for my needs. Close to my client. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast selection was thin, like no one was checking to make sure everything was available. Some other guests were pretty loud, shouting in the halls. It was probably a one time thing. Overall, I would stay there again.

Hotel is off the beatin path but close to several chain restuarnts.
Rooms were clean enough though hard amenities (tub, sink, etc) were worn.
Breakfast was good with real china and flatware, not all plastic. Several options for beverages, with hot food.

Nice motel on the main drag. The room was clean, quiet, and secure. The motel has all the usual amenities including workout room and pool.

The location was perfect. Shopping and dining within a few feet of the hotel. The staff top-notch; however, they charge to use the internet. I have never seen such a thing like at any hotel. The hotel has a contemporary layout, but I did expect more for the price. Other than the inconveniene of being without my internet, my stay was quite enjoyable.
