This is the second time we have stayed at the Comfort Inn in Decatur, Al. The rooms are clean, the continental breakfast has plenty of variety, location is close to shopping and restaurants and the employees are friendly. Also a very good price per night.

Bathroom floors were not very clean. Felt like I needed to wear flip flops in the shower. Stains on the bedspreads. Other than those items, our stay was comfortable with a free drink of your choice in the evening and good contennial breakfast.

We were early and wanted to check in then because we wouldn't be back till late. Rooms were not checked in as cleaned as yet. She did her best to get a room so that we could put our luggage in it. We really appreciated the chance to use the room befor we left for the day.

Nice location for our Decatur Soccer Tourney weekend, but there are closer hotels. We did have some street noise from large trucks at various times during the night. The whole place was a little humid due to the indoor pool. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. Suites around the indoor pool area were noisy until pool closed. We may try another hotel next year that is a little closer to the soccer fields.

Over all the stay really wasn't all that bad, however, they didn't have my father and my room together. I had my room outside and he was inside. So ever day I had to go to his room several times to fix his machine for his kidney dialysis and also set up his meds. Outside my room there were river rats. Not very appealing. Also my last night I asked to switch my room inside however I left some of my clothing articals in the room and wanted to retrive it, however the housecleaning already cleaned the room and my stuff was never returned because they claim no one was around to talk to. I was very unsatisfied with that matter so I'm out some clothes with in a few hours time. I've been in better. We were in town for my fathers aunts funeral. Stayed three nights at the hotel. We could not switch because there was no refund policy.

This hotel is average for the rate. Overall, it's fairly clean and in a decent part of town with lots of places to eat nearby. The staff was friendly and accomodating. But it is an older building with lots of cracks, chipped paint, etc. [...]

A nice manager greeted us and moved our rooms closer together. The rooms were clean and spacious. One of the TV remotes did not work but what the heck. The towels and sheets were clean but a little worn. It was in a good location for eating and shopping. Overall a very good value.

Was in town for a friend's wedding. Check-in was the only time I ever saw a staff member but they were very friendly. The room was very clean, although we did have water pressure issues with the shower only. Location in Decatur is very convenient, and several local restaurants offered discounts if you presented your room key. The room also had a fully stocked kitchen. Overall, considering the price, the room was a great value and perfect for our 4 day stay.

Downtown, but a little difficult to get to because of one-way streets. Need to know that there are railroad tracks nearby and the trains run frequently.

In Decatur for a family reunion. 3 couples, one parent with 2 kids, each had different rooms on different floors (all booked separately). PROS: All rooms were clean. Check in and out was easy, receptionists very friendly and helpful. Kids used the pool and liked it. CONS: Our bed was very uncomfortable. We needed extra towels one night and got what would be better described as rags.

What i was trying to say above is the hotel is not disable friendly the beds were to soft for a person with a broke back and bad arm could not get up cause i sunk to far down in the bed . I could not sleep in the bed. Tried to sleep in chair but like i said the back was to short, to give support for the head and back to rest, Needless to say i only got 4 hours of sleep the two nite's i stayed their. Other than me being disable the say would have being a very pleasing one. The staff was very pleasant the morning meal was very good. The guy cooking the special order eggs to order was very good and a real pleasure to talk with and the coffee was GREAT.

Picked the motel for price and location. Need to bring your own coffee maker and coffee, hairdryer, bedside clock, and iron and ironing board. There was a mini fridge and microwave, which was a big plus. Had to get used to the traffic noise and train noise. But for such an inexpensive rate it was okay.

My son was home from Iraq and he drove all the way from CA to GA and this was the best and nicest hotel he stayed in..He was very happy with everything... He loved the room, nice and clean...He said he would stay here again.

Well me and my girlfreind were on a lil trip to look at a vehichle we had seen on Craigslist, and were going to stay the night since we were from out of town.So we booked this Hotel online and it was awful.It was nothing like the pictures we were shown. They were groups of people standing around with beers in their hands,no shirts,very unsafe conditions even for me! And i like to have a drink and have a good time but there was no way i was going to put my girlfreind and I in danger at this place. so we imediately tried to get a refund,the people behind the desk werent very cooperative [...].So like i said (DONT STAY AT THAT PLACE)

this was bad the room was dirty and the light bulbs were out i had to go request them ok and they did not service the room at all and when i checked out they asked that i not go threw you guys that they charge by the person and for pets when i booked i said 2 adults and i child and pets so what gives do yourself a favor go else where SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY
