The hotel was very new. The rooms were clean and well maintained. This hotel was a steal for the price we booked at. I would definitely recommend.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I double checked to be sure that the room was as reserved. I ordered a non-smoking room with two queen beds and a rollaway. I ordered the larger room to accommodate the rollaway bed. The reservation clerk said that I was assigned a smoking room with two double beds. She said that Orbitz had not given the correct information. Luckily I had the reservation details with me as I printed them when I reserved the room. She also had no record that I had paid for the room. This was also [...]' fault. She was able to secure the room I wanted and was very pleasant about it. She was the only one working in the hotel at the time so she had to bring up the bed and linens herself, leaving the front desk unattended. We had to request sheets for the rollaway as they were not brought up with the blanket and duvet. But I think the clerk was overworked and overlooked that. The room itself was excellent and clean. However the bathroom door did not latch or stay closed. The toilet paper holder was missing so toilet paper had to be placed on the back of the toilet. There was no spare roll. We had a hard time trying to find the TV channel we wanted and finally called the front desk for channel numbers. She said there was a list in the binder, but there was no binder in the room anywhere, so someone had to bring it up. I feel that whoever cleaned the room did not check off all that should have been in the room and should have reported the broken bathroom door handle for repair as well as the missing bar in the toilet paper holder.As I stated the room itself was very clean and the beds comfortable.The breakfast was very good, though I think two waffle makers would have eliminated the line for waffles.
