Recently renovated, we are midway between Nashville and Birmingham at I-65 and Hwy 72. Convenient to Huntsville and Space and Rocket Center. Room amenities include 27 inch TV, Plantation Shutters, Lap Trays and Wireless Internet in all rooms. Jacuzzi rooms available. Free Pass to nearby fully equipped Fitness Center. Free Hot Breakfast. We had very few needs so I can't write glowing remarks about the service. We did enjoy 2 comfortable nights of rest and a good breakfast each morning.
I also appreciated the convenience of a computer and printer to print out my boarding passes.

Hotel was decent. Not as bad as others in the area. Very easy to get to. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices. The room was ok. I hung the service hanger on the door and no one ever came to change the sheets or give us new towels, but they took the door hanger..funny how that worked. The shower had a crack in the roof. Other than that it worked fine for me.

The experience was great. Especailly with the staff. The young lady at the chech-in was so very nice and so professional.
She was quick and straight to the point and waisted no time getting me to my room.
My reservations were made online and it was hassel free. As well as stress free.

If you stay on the interstate side of the hotel, the road noise is loud. The front desk people very friendly and make you feel at home being in the south. The breaksfast was crowded, not laid out well to move people through quickly so you're tripping over others. The room was good, clean and very nice for the price.

Room was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was great, had anything you could posssibly want. Pool area was clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful. Very pleased and will stay at this hotel everytime we are in the area.

Our room was beautiful, and spotlessly cleaned, that was very appreciated. The staff was both friendly and helpful.
POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS-
We checked in just before midnight, after extended driving delays due to the winter weather. Our room was quite cold and took nearly an hour to warm up. It would have been thoughtful to have our room warmed up since we were prepaid.
The breakfast buffet (cheesey eggs, Canadian bacon and french toast) was not very good. Very few options for guests who are lactose intolerant (bacon and fruit).

[...] upon arrival and check in at the hotel, there were no problems. The room was small compared to other places I stay. As a whole the building was clean and kept up from the outside. One of the things I look for when staying at a hotel is how it appears from the outside. Are there shady looking people sitting in cars, or in chairs in front of the rooms? How nice is the surrounding area? Is the staff wearing clean uniforms or just plain clothes that dont identify them as hotel employees? Is the landscaping kept up and nice? Is the lobby clean and kept up? If I dont feel comfortable with the "curb appeal" of a hotel, I probably wont stay there, or if I do, probably wont go back. This particular location was clean from the outside and inside. No shady looking people walking around. I didnt see anyone from housekeeping, but the lobby and rooms were clean. The room I stayed in was a bit dated, the lighting fixtures were old and could use updating, and the bathroom door was a pocket door that did not work very well. It had to be forced open and closed. The bedsheets that were on the bed should have been taken out of service, they were also old, clean but old. The comforter had cigarette burns on it and I was in a non smoking room. Details that other hotels I stay at would not miss. The hotel itself is in a good area, close to a wal-mart so that was a plus. The rate was a little on the high side for what was delivered, but overall it was a good experience.

I thought the motel was a little over priced. The room was very small. The blanket on the bed was stained. I thought the staff was very courteous and responsive. I probably would not choose it again.

I booked a king room w/micro/frige and whirpool through a non-refundable [...]deal or we would not have stayed. The manager refused to admit us for the price we paid through [...], and it took the desk clerk's call to [...], then [...]call to the manager to get the OK, which took about 1/2 hour after we'd been traveling all day. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, desk clerk gave me a spray which I spilled on the bed because the spray nozzle fell off as I used it. There were burn holes in the bedspread, blanket and carpet. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, furniture chipped and drawers open when we arrived, which were difficult to close. When I saw the whirlpool which meant so much to the manager, I was aghast. It was cracked on the outside the faucet and knobs were rust-crusted and maintenance had used caulking that was odd-colored on the tub to say the least. It was extremely difficult to adjust the shower temperature, which nearly scalded me, and the head had so much pressure it felt as if it was boring a hole in my body. The room where the ice machine was located was so dirty, it looked as if it had never been cleaned.
