Ideally located near junction 27 off the M1 Motorway, this stunning hotel is the perfect venue for guests exploring Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. The hotel is also one of the closest designer hotels to Nottingham City Centre, which is only nine miles away. Once inside, the exposed metal and brick-work, wooden floors and over-sized distressed-leather sofas create the look and feel of a New York loft. Would stay there again due to ideal location to city centre, literally down the street!!! Car parking was expensive even when discounted by the hotel £17 for 36 hours. had to move rooms due to a faulty air vent but staff were very helpful with this and we did get a bottle of complimentary wine.............. enev though we had to ask for it once promised. bar facilities not fab............ no soda or lemonade. This aside would recommend.

Room and en suite were very clean. Good facilties in room (hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making facilities). Staff on reception were very helpful. There was a loud private party in reception when we stayed, but could not hear this from our room. It's about a 15 minute walk into the middle of Nottingham. Would stay there again if visiting Nottingham in the future.

Not overly impressed. The bed was not very comfortable and the whole room (although clean) looked tired and slightly mucky with stains on the carpet and sofa. It was also quite dark and not all of the lights worked, plus it was hot and the air conditioning did not work. Service was ok and location is excellent, however you find that you have to pay for parking (£9.50) for 24 hour.

Twenty years ago this would have been an excellent hotel. Unfortunately the bedrooms and facilities don't seem to have changed in those 20 years. The television was poor and the shower facilities even worse.
Location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the City Centre and Railway Station.

Exit Junction 24 of M1 and follow the signs for A453. Follow A453 and turn right at 2nd roundabout signposted Nottingham City Centre. Travelodge is on the Riverside Retail Park on the left.
