L'hotel est situé à 5min à pied de la station de metro donc bien situé. La chambre est propre mais mal isolée, on y voit passer la lumière du jour (accompagnée du bruit de la rue). L'eau est chaude et les sanitaires nettoyés tous les jours. L'hotesse d'accueil est serviable et disponible. Nous ne regrettons pas ce choix pour 4 nuits car Londres est vraiment une capitale à visiter!

This hotel is totally adequate - it's clean and comfortable enough. Rooms are small but if you don't mind that I would definitely recommend it. The great thing about it is that it's super cheap and really close to the Clapham South tube stop - which is on the Northern line and will get you to anywhere a tourist would want to go very quickly and cheaply! This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget!

Hotel fine. Location and no resturaunt mad it a little difficult in the evening. Schuttle one way handy. Had to find a cab or a bus back.!

We were welcomed by concierge who helped us with the car, luggage and booking in. We were too early for our room but they dealt with transferring our luggage to the room and it was waiting there for us when we got back from site seeing. The hotel is very modern and the staff cant do enough for you. The room (308) was lovely and comfortable, turning the bath on was confusing, because the taps are quite stiff you are not sure whether or not you are doing the right thing! just turn them very hard. Watching telly in the bath was great! The cushions and the bed were very comfortable. The only drawback I thought from the room was that the drawers werent very big. The meals were very nice indeed and not very expensive, the breakfast was great and eating our meals in the bar area was very relaxed and casual. We didnt get chance to eat in the dining room as this was closed so cannot comment on clothing requirements there. All round it was very nice and comfortable and friendly. The shuttle is handy but getting back is a bit of a trek but well worth it.

Personal eher zurückhaltend freundlich, Lage ist sehr gut, Busstation in der Nähe und in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, Zimmer war sehr gut und gross, super Bad und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Einmal gesehen, zufrieden, thats it.

Wenn man mit Bus und U-Bahn (!!) unterwegs ist macht die Lage (ein bißchen vom Zentrum entfernt) auch nichts aus. Das Zimmer war super. Alles sauber, edles Design. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und um das Wohl der Kunden bemüht. Teilweise schwer zu verstehen. Oxford-Englisch mit indischem Akzent und das in ganz schnell... Das Hotel bietet einen "kostenlosen" Shuttle" vom Hotel zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station an. Allerdings hat der Fahrer dann trotzdem 5 Pfund von uns verlangt.... Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Sound insulation between rooms not good.
Good breakfast selection with great staff. Bar tables too low if you want to eat.
Let themselves down a bit at reception, couldn't even provide a postage stamp or frank a letter for me due "to an agreement with Royal Mail". Such a small service that would have been so helpful. Fortunately rescued by a friendly co-guest.

The hotel looks dirty and run down. The staff was apatic and rude not to mention overfreindly with female guests, plus they seem to assign rooms to the first acquintance coming along even at the price of not honouring existing bookings. Directions from Vauxhall Bridge: join the A3205 Nine Elms Lane and go straight along to the Battersea Park Road. Travel straight through to York Road on which the Travelodge is situated.
