Please note: Your apartment will be allocated on arrival and can be any of the apartments around famous Royal Mile, or the Edinburgh New Town. Some of the apartments are located in historical buildings, and that there is no lift. Due to the layout of the city, guests may be required to climb a number of steps to reach their accommodation. Guests who have mobility problems are kindly asked to inform us of this when booking. All apartments are strictly non-smoking and there can be some noise in apartments located in the city centre. Complimentary luggage storage is available prior to check-in at our Queen Street Head Office. Storage is also available on the day of departure. There will be a charge for this service. The apartments will be serviced and fresh linen and towels provided once a week. There is no charge for children under 12 years old, when accompanied by 2 adults (maximum 2 children per family). Children aged 12-16 years old half price. Please note: Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. There is a fee for this service of 10 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1300 hrs.
