Brilliant hotel just a 5/10 minute walk into the City centre so nice and quiet but not far from the hustle and bustle of the City. Room was beautiful with a great view, I was going to upgrade to get a bigger room but there is no need to as the room we got was huge anyway, im glad I didn't! Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel bar had a nice atmosphere was music playing in the background, open till 3am, and the drinks prices were no different there to anywhere in the City centre, average price for a pint being £3.50.....Loved it! Can't wait to go back so cheap!

The hotel is very nice. Clean, modern and a nice place to stay. The hotel staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and offer great views as well as free wireless internet. The only bad thing about my stay was the room was booked without breakfast included. When I went to get breakfast I was shocked to hear that the continental breakfast was 13 pounds. The full breakfast menu is nearly 17 pounds. Other than that little surprise I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Excellent Hotel at a Great Price

I've stayed at multiple hotels throughout the world and this is one of the best looking hotels (the rooms) I've stayed at in some time. The hotel location is located a ways away from city center; however it is a short taxi ride or walk to get there. The same can be said for the college area. The hotel itself was very friendly and modern. Multiple outlets for electronics and cable tv had a good selection of European channels. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, even suggesting some places to eat at other than the hotel. Parking can be expensive behind the hotel ~18 Euro a night however the hotel will reduce that to ~9 Euro a night if you speak with reception. Overall a very nice hotel with very nice staff and well designed rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeing Belfast.

Room good, food terrible

  • May 24, 2011
While in Belfast my wife and I were visiting our son and sightseeing. The room was good, albeit a little small, which I understand is the norm in Europe. If you want access to a computer, you better bring your own, the hotel charges 4 pounds for an hours access. What is even worse, you cannot break it up i.e.; you only use 15 minutes and log out, that is it, you have used your time for the day and unused time is not credited. Finally do not take the breakfast package, the food is horrible and way overpriced. How does $46 sound for 2 breakfast buffets and a cup of tea? Sure it was all you can eat, but 1 time through was enough for my son ( a 20 year old who acn eat like a horse) and I.

Found the accommodations extremely nice. Service provided by staff was outstanding. When asked about a bus tour of the city, the manager arranged for the tour company to pick us up at the hotel's front door.

The hotel is located half a block from the bus and train station, which was very convienent. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was fantastic; spa like bathroom and very modern, comfortable sleeping/living area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast that is able to afford the price. :)

We used the Ramada as a base for a wedding. It was perfectly situated close to Malone House, the site of the reception. We had stayed in the Ramada Plaza before and were delighted to find that it still lives up to its very high standard
