Sehr freundliches Persona sowie sauberes Hotel, dass Essen ist auch gut. Es ist lediglich ausserhalb der Stad. Man benötigt ein Fahrzeug. Wer ein Mietauto hat für den ist es kein Problem. Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig.

I only stayed for one night, but it had everyting i needed for a very small price. The Night club is not for western people I would recommend going to a diffrent hotel for a few beers :)

Our Second time in the hotel, this time it was not great. The room was boiling hot and stuffy,you couldn't open the window and when you turned the AC on you were freezing. The breakfast was not worth the money you paid for it. There was not enough soap and shower gel in the bathroom and the water just dripped with no water pressure, it was pathetic. We rang reception they said they would send someone to fix it, they didn't. Not great, disappointing stay and we will not stay there ever again!

Hôtel plutôt bien situé pour les personnes aimant se balader dans les quartiers populaires de Dubaï pour faire du shopping mais un peu trop éloigné de la station de métro la plus proche (environ 15 minutes). Très mal entretenu, plaques électriques sales, serviettes de bain sales, micro ondes sale, piscine et jaccuzzi qui auraient besoin d'une nouvelle jeunesse, personnel du house keeping incompétent... En bref un hôtel qui vaut le prix que l'on a payer l'essentiel pour nous étant d'avoir eu un lit pour dormir mais où je ne séjournerai plus à l'avenir et que je ne conseille pas!!

Hôtel légèrement trop loin de la station de métro (environ 15 min à pied), équipement des appartements dans un état médiocre à cause du manque d'entretien évident... Pas de liquide vaisselle, ni de sèche linge, serviettes de bains avec des taches de sang qui ne sont pas parties au lavage, plaques de cuissons et micro ondes très mal entretenus, quelques affaires personnelles mises à la poubelle par le personnel du house keeping mais heureusement sans grande valeur... Piscine et jacuzzi correct mais encore une fois mal entretenus... Hôtel plutôt bien situé si l'on aime passer du temps dans les "quartiers populaires" de Dubaï mais un peu trop éloigné de ¨la marina et du mall of the emirates...Hôtel que je déconseille mais qui vaut le petit prix payé bien qu'il est certain que je n'y séjournerai plus à l'avenir.

We had no help with our luggage to our rooms. The rooms had no tea facilities, no fridge, no iron. The hotel had confused our booking intially & we were left waiting over an hour in the lobby without any support or even a glass of water. & when the problem was rectified they put my husband and I in a twin bedroom rather than a double room!!!

The IBIS is connected to the exhibit halls at the world trade center. central for work there. You really need to take a taxi to get anywhere lively, such as to the Dubai Mall. Their restaurant is pasta with huge portions and good food. Menu is the same for lunch/dinner. The internet costs 100AED - about $30/day - seems like a ripoff! The overall feeling is actually somewhat isolated and sterile. But when the rates are low, seems like a good deal. Room average sized. Fantastic service.

points forts : hôtel facile d’accès bien situé proche de toutes commodités .personnel de l’hôtel serviable surtout le personnel a l'accueil de nuit . les chambres sont propres faites régulièrement
point faibles : la chambre et l’hôtel ne correspondait pas a la descriptions faites au niveau des équipements on n'avait pas accès librement a la wifi dans la chambre on ne pouvait se connecter qu'a la réception pendant un temps limité a la vue de tout le monde, la piscine était hors service (en maintenance) mais suite a nos demande répété il nous a était proposer d'aller dans celle d'un hôtel voisin (après environ 1 semaine) , la salle de gym est dans un état pas praticable .
l’hôtel est parfaitement convenable pour les personne qui ne souhaite y être que pour dormir personnellement je n'y était que pour dormir je passais mais journée en ville a me balader a faire du shopping a visiter a profiter des eaux refroidit des parc aquatiques ...

My room was opposite the Lifts and it was very noisy.
The room was adequate. Bathroom adequate although shower water was only warm and not too swift flowing, a little smelly.
Bed clean and comfortable.
Lot of noise from the street.
Door of room would not lock had to ask for help twice.
Staff pleasant.
Left before breakfast started.
Felt it was overcharged £40 for the night was a lot of money in Downtown Dubai.

Great small hotel near Bur Dubai

We picked this hotel to be near the older part of Dubai and the creek. It was a thirty minute walk to the metro or the creek area but taxis were always available. The rooms include a small, full kitchen and were very clean. A beautiful buffet breakfast was available as part of our room fee. The rooftop pool and gym were available to all guests. Great value for the price.

Hotel acceuillant et agréable dans l'ensemble, situé au calme dans l'ancien Dubaï. Au dernière étage de l'hôtel l'on peut utiliser gratuitement le sauna, la salle de sport et la piscine ouverte sur le toit. Le seul bémol est que personne ne prévient que le mini bar dans la chambre qui est garni d'un échantillon de chacune de leurs boissons est payant lorsque vous faite votre check-out. Donc surprise 90Dirham à débourser.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel de l'hôtel à l'écoute du client et cela quel que soit l'heure du jour et de la nuit. Ils sont soucieux du bien être de leur clientèle ce qui fait d'autant plaisir car ce n'est pas un hôtel de haut standing comme on peut en trouver facilement à Dubai mais le service est au dessus de toute attente. Mon amie et moi avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet hôtel très bien placé car l'aéroport est à 5-10 minutes en voiture et proche du métro et des restaurant. Je vous le recommande surtt pr ceux ki ont des petits budget...

Nous avons passé 4 jours plein dans cet hôtel et nous avons été très satisfaits. Le staff a été très agréable souriant et polit. J’ai réservé par ;;;;; et après j’ai contacté l’hôtel sur leur email perso pour qu’ils me confirment ma réservation et mon arrivée très tardive, ils m’ont répondu dans les heures qui suivaient.
Points positifs : la grande chambre et kitchenette fonctionnelle, le staff, la piscine après une longue journée de marche, le wifi gratuit excellente connection dans le lobby, supermarchés proches, métro pas trop loin (environ 10 mns), nous somme même allés à pieds au musée de Dubai de l’hotel. Dernier jours nous sommes partis a 500 du matin avons pris le transfert de l’hôtel pour 40 AED (transfert à l’heure sans problème ni mauvaises surprises, pour info à cette heure cela nous a pris 15 mns)
Points négatifs : l’eau de la salle de bain n’était pas très chaude, mais nous avons survecu. Attention, il y a un chantier en préparation coté rue. Pour nous en novembre pas de bruit, mais attention car cela arrivera peut être bientôt.

Very unassuming but very effective and efficient staff front this well run aparhotel. Just a delight for those who do not want to be pampered but want very good service. We have stayed 4 times in the last year and standard remains as high as ever.

This hotel is a nice place to stay. It has a lot of potiential. The location wasn't that great meaning it was tucked away in a corner next to or near nothing in walking distance. But if you want to just relax, have a good room, nice resturant and pool. This is the place to stay. Good service, nice room, and the pool, spa, and gym is nice and modern. A nice little get away.

Had a relaxing week in this hotel, great value too.Plenty and lovely "Buffet Breakfast". The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable. The location was good, just 500m round the corner of the hotel was the new up and running Metro. The only drawback was the traffic noise but after two or three days just faded into the background. I would stay there again happly.

Upon checking in, staff were too "giggly" like they were talking about me in their language, then stopped to gawk at me, which made me feel uncomfortable. Then after taking my passport, check in took a long time to process and I had to carry my own bags to my room, which is no problem. But then I had to make 2 calls and wait 2 hours for just a pitcher of ice!? The dining area in the lobby did not have much of a selection, and people were rude. I will not go back to this hotel and do not recommend it!

The hotel is located exactly across an overhead bridge construction and getting a Taxi was almost impossible. its also quite a distance from the Burjuman Metro station.
However, the staff was quite helpful and tried thier best to help. Breakfast was not bad too.
Another shocker was the view which either the contrcution site or
the rooftop of the adjacent building!
